The apartments have been recently renovated. The furniture is new, as are all appliances. It contains everything you might need in the kitchen (a large fridge, a washing machine and a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, etc.), as well as enough different dishes and cutlery. The air conditioner is located in the large bedroom and cools the entire apartment. It is located in a quiet street, 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the city center and the city beach. For some questions, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and the communication was fast.
