«Superbly hosted by Jen and Howard. If your heading to Brecon look no further! With views of the Beacons second to none.»

«The staff are great but according to the locals OYO have ruined the place and dont care. Which is a shame as the staff all try so hard without support.»

«The room was clean and staff were friendly, there was a free car park available and very nice view, breakfast and dinner were delicious»

«I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in ...

«Lovely people - thank you»

«Superb lovely experience. Staff very friendly and helpful where possible. Cosy, food was fantastic and spa jacuzzi has fab view»

«We returned for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. We had our two dogs with us who were treated as well as we were if not better! Breakfast had ample options and staff could not be more helpful. A relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back.»

« An excellent stay overall. Our room was very comfortable and pleasant. Common kitchen area a bit chaotic but ok. Easy to find and convenient for Brecon. Would return.»

«This new business in a refurbished premises offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation and a great atmosphere.»

«The room was clean and comfortable, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, preparing an earlier breakfast as we needed to leave before the usual breakfast time. It is old - worldly and it is friendly and welcoming.»

«Perfectly fine for my needs, a one night stop over for cycling. Well situated for some excellent quite lanes, with tough climbs. The food the night before was tasty enough, and the beer was very well kept. Very friendly staff. I was even able to take a shower after my ride, even though it went beyond the check out time. Comfy bed. Shower was nice and warm, even though it was a bit leaky. Room was a bit tired, but like I said, I wasn't after 5 star, and for the price it was perfectly fine.»

«Great location, very friendly and helpful owner (Steve), excellent facilities and very comfortable holiday home ….with 7 days of 20+ temperatures and wall to wall sunshine ! …only very slight negative being that the windows could prob do with a better clean given the great views. Steve’s recommendation of the Seven Stars at Aberedw about 2 miles away was also excellent…nothing fancy about the food but very tasty, good portions and a really nice environment in a community owned country pub.»

«Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. »
