The flat, with its own porched entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture, is located on the first floor and is divided internally into two levels. It offers a loggia with a view of the greenery, which is furnished with a small table and chairs. On the ground floor there is an additional covered seating area with table and comfortable chairs and a large barbecue.

It offers A/C in some areas.



The pool (saltwater pool) is open from early May to late October. Opening periods may change depending on weather.

Heating, use of the shared washing machine, additional changes of towels and bed linen, extra beds, and pets (maximum 1) are available for an extra fee.
