The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. It is possible to step out of the living room into a small private garden with an outdoor dining area and a fantastic view of the Grigna mountain! The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The entire apartment is furnished with wood, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere of a mountain house. It's equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including sheets, towels, soaps, and kitchen essentials!
Even if the house is located a little outside the town center, it has a very strategic position, since in a few minutes on foot you can reach a supermarket, a couple of bars and a free shuttle stop that takes you to the ski resorts in winter. At the same time, the house is hidden from noise on a secondary street. The Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio ski resorts can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 30 minutes on foot.
