Welcome to the Cozy Retreat, your home away from home in Casselberry / Orlando, FL! Our newly renovated 4 bedroom, 7 bed, 2 bathroom space is suitable for up to 13 guests! This cozy, farmhouse, spacious home has everything that you need for an unforgettable stay! Enjoy a movie or your favorite series in the large living room with the 65” SMART TV and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, plus local channels. Take advantage of the free high speed internet and catch-up on work, or play video games on the full size Marvel Arcade, while your favorite meal is being prepared in our fully equipped kitchen! Soak up the Florida sunshine on the patio and have a barbecue by the hot tub. The kids will love the large, neighborhood pool 0.3 miles away (short walk) that has been newly renovated, has splash features as well as basketball court and playground (Wirz Park). Or catch up on your rest and rejuvenate in our comfortable rooms!
The house is ideally located less than 6 miles from the Winter Park, less than 12 miles from downtown Orlando, and just under 30 miles from I-Drive & Disney! With free parking and loads of modern amenities, whether you are in town for a family vacation, or for a corporate team meeting, this cozy house is close to everywhere that you need to be! Extended stay guests are also welcome!

The home features a total of 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is the en suite to the master bedroom, with a beautiful stainless steel LED waterfall with massage spray, glass shower, tiling, soaker tub and luxury styling. The second bathroom is in the hall, to be shared among all guests and features a shower. Complimentary hand towels, bath towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, bar soap and toilet paper are available in all bathrooms.

Cleanings are arranged between reservations. You can be assured of a new clean home for your stay. For additional cleanings during your stay, please let me know and a service can be arranged for a fee.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house except for the following:
- Small closet in front of house (maid closet).
- Attached shed in the carport area.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with a great park within walking distance (300 yards). The park is called Wirz park and it features the following: Large Pool, Fields, Basketball Court, Nature Trail, Playground, 2 Pavilions, Restrooms. In the morning and evening you can find people walking their dog(s), biking or walking throughout the neighborhood. It is centrally located on the corner of Red Bug Lake Road and Semoran Road (436) and is close to too many things to list.
Getting Around:
The driveway is very large and can fit 6-7 vehicles.
The home is located in a quiet residential area. Guests are encouraged to walk around in the evening. Public transportation is available by in the Casselberry area via the Lynx system. Visit GoLynx dot com for more information. The RideShare services Lyft & Uber are available in the area, should you wish to travel by car. Major car rental companies are also available in the surrounding area. The nearest airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is an ~25 mile | 35 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time.
If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).
