SCALE is an apartment that offers uncommon comfort. With only one double bedroom, it is dedicated to couples who always like to feel like they are on their honeymoon. Large spaces for just 2 people, perhaps with a child. The large living room with kitchen occupies almost the entire ground floor with a large extra sofa bed available. The two bathrooms with shower allow comfortable and functional use of the apartment and guarantee privacy. Private patio of 17.50 m2.

First floor: Double bedroom (bed 200x170 cm). 1st bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen with travertine marble shelves and equipped with everything you need (oven, fridge, dishwasher). Extra sofa bed.

The floors are handmade "cotto", traditional ceilings with oak beams.
Reserved covered patio of 17.50 m2. paved in terracotta with furniture for outdoor dining.
The swimming pool measures 16 x 6.2 m. 160 cm deep. at 220 cm. it is reserved only for guests of Casale Refoli. Open from 21 May to 7 October.

The solarium station with sunbeds and deckchairs is reserved at the beginning of the holiday to a single family or family group and will always be used the same one for the booked period.

The Casale Refoli property offers only 5 completely independent apartments with kitchens for 2 to 5 people. Each apartment has a covered terrace reserved for outdoor breakfasts. The property is in open countryside near the Berignone Nature Reserve, in the center of a marked hiking trail. Ideal for a holiday in a typical Tuscan countryside.

Casale Refoli is a total of 5 km from the town of Casole d'Elsa in the province of Siena - halfway between Florence and Siena - in practice it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the town with restaurants, shops and all the main services.
The property is accessible via a dirt road of approximately 2,5 km. This country road is recommended for cars that are quite high above the ground.

Casale Refoli is an ancient Tuscan farm traceable in the papers (dated 1824) of the "Leopoldino Land Registry", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia.
Casale Refoli is located in the municipality of Casole d´Elsa in the province of Siena. Casole d´Elsa, of ancient Etruscan origin, is an important historical center of the Val d'Elsa awarded the "Orange Flag", the environmental tourism quality mark that the Italian Touring Club attributes to inland locations for the development of tourism quality.

The Casale Refoli property has been completely restored, maintaining the shape, volumes and part of the original structures unaltered (see photo of the ruins of Cetinaglia) and transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence.
