«A simple but comfortable hotel. The room was part of a large "apartment" and the bathrooms were shared with some other rooms. It seems this would be perfect for a big family, but one of the rooms is fine for a few nights even as a couple or alone. The location is very good to the get around the center, and public transport to the main train station and the airport is nearby. Very friendly service. »

«Enkelt hotell med parkeringsmuligheter i nærheten. Et rolig industristrøk uten veldig mye å ta seg til i nærområdet. God tsjekkisk frokost, ok rom, men ingen AC på rommene (ikke behov da jeg bodde der). Restauranten får gode kritikker, jeg spiste ikke der denne gangen. Enkel adkomst til Ostravar Arena - noen få stopp på trikken. Billettautomat på perrongen. Betjeningen kunne med fordel gjort et bedre forsøk på å være hyggeligere. En uenighet om jeg hadde bestilt og betalt for frokost surnet ...

«God service og hyggelig beliggenhet, stiller boligområde med gåavstand til byen. Frokosten var kanskje litt tynn, men grei nok. Dette er et lite hotell med få rom. Overpyntet med plastblomster, bilder og gardiner. Noe helt for seg selv. Kan anbefales, selv om vinen vi fikk med room service kanskje ikke var helt på topp.»

«Great small " apartment" hotel at the border between Czech and Poland. Very beautiful setting and nice rooms. But things just went wrong for us. 1. I booked a room with two bedrooms for my friend and me. Didn't think much off it since it was on my booking and I was busy during the day. Got a long and nice information text by the owners that I didn't manage to reply to during the day. When I finally had time to check it. I realised that I hadn't got the email with all the information. But ...

«Blide og imøtekommende ansatte både i resepsjon og restaurant/frokostsal. Forøvrig velsmakende frokost med stort utvalg av både varmt og kaldt. Trikke- og busstopp like ved.»

«Hotel lobby is under reconstruction so we were shown to a (shady) emergency elevator and a temporary reception area. Rooms were okay, clean and beds were good. The restaurant was a supreme experience, but you should not be in a hurry as the chef is a precision worker!»

«There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside.»
