This hotel is for quick business trip right next to the airport. If you’re a foodie then this place is definitely not for you. Very limited menu and drinks. Overall nice clean place friendly staff. Far from any towns or the city. WiFi is free but cuts off frequently

The staff was nice and sweet at the front desk, shuttle, and dining. However, there were not enough people on duty during dinner or breakfast so tables were not cleared, no place then to sit, and basics like utensils were not washed and ready to use, and we have to run around clearing and begging for help. People who were trying to catch morning flights were really upset trying to eat and leave. My rooom was fine, but my daughter's had footprints on the covers and had a terrible odor. Best thing was how close it was to the terminals.

Very convenient for early morning or late night flights. The shuttle is utterly reliable. The rooms are clean and sterile. Sort of like a Motel 6 only cleaner. Didn’t expect luxury. A basic hotel near the airport between connections. The bath towel (singular) was threadbare and fell apart whilst towelling myself dry after a shower. The breakfast offering was very limited. The hotel is a basic hotel with limited in-room amenities (no hair dryer, no tea/coffee making facilities) and the beds are quite “firm”. The hotel also has very limited luggage storage facilities. The plus is that it’s close to the airport and the shuttle to and from the hotel runs hourly for transfers to/from the terminals. If you want to go to Downtown Casablanca you can catch the train from the AP to Casa Port terminal which was convenient from the hotel.

We pride ourselves on providing good value for money, particularly with our rich and varied continental breakfast buffet.Your comments about a threadbare towel seem a bit exaggerated. We strive to ensure that our amenities are in good condition and provide the essentials. At no point did we mention having tea or coffee making facilities in the room. As for the hair dryer, it is available upon request at the front desk.We regret that you found the beds to be too firm. We source our mattresses from a internationally-renowned brand and they typically receive positive feedback for comfort. About luggage storage, we do provide facilities to keep our guest's luggage safe. Your comment on this being 'limited' is unclear to us. I had a long layover in Casablanca, so Onomo was perfect for a short stay next to the airport. Wonderful and reliable free shuttle brings you to a modern and clean hotel with traditional Moroccan hospitality. I loved their impressive buffet breakfast and wanted to especially note the bar man by the name Abdelmoula. He prepared the most wonderful Mojito cocktail on the evening of my arrival with fresh mint, fresh lemons and all the bells and whistles. Moreover, he was so attentive bringing me complimentary almonds, walnuts and raisins and checking on me and other customers constantly. The delicious drink combined with Abdelmoula’s incredible customer service and care set a great tone for my entire trip and made such a wonderful impression of your hotel. Thank you so much!

This hotel is very close to the airport. That’s the biggest plus for staying there. And the price is quite reasonable. But everything in the room is so uncomfortable from the bed to the chair. I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of rock. But the staff are very nice. The breakfast was excellent and everything was clean and running. But tough when you have a bed you really can’t sleep in.

People were friendly and helpful. It is close to the airport and has a shuttle. It would be very useful if it had a cash machine (distributeur automatique). The restaurant food is good, but the menu doesn't vary much. Also, most of the waitresses are unilingual and easily annoyed by customers with special needs/requests.

1. The airport pick-up service is the best asset of the hotel, however, they should have texted us or called us so we know where to wait to be picked up. 2. The vicinity and lobby are pretty neat and clean. And the staff are friendly and helpful. They don't have room service where we have to pick up the food we ordered. 3. They should change the single bed. It is too small for a one (1) person. It was a pretty quick lay overstay so I haven't seen the other areas of the hotel.

Stayed one night before morning flight. Hotel is nice enough however our air conditioning was blowing warm air no matter how low we turned the thermostat, so we opened the window for some cool air. Needless to say the noise and stench from the outside kept us up all night. The free shuttle to the airport is only once per hour on the hour, which truly is ridiculous considering they are 5 minutes from the airport! They could easily do at least 2 trips per hour to accommodate their guests. The room appeared to be clean however our socks were filthy after walking around in the room, and could see the dust under the furniture! Only one towel in the room so had to request another. Dinner was just OK and a bit pricey. Unfortunately not the best experience for us.
