Our large, modern home, conveniently located midway between Tucson and Phoenix, is the perfect oasis for your desert vacation. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, an incredible game room, kids’ amenities, and a spectacular resort-like rear yard featuring a heated pool, luxurious hot tub, dining and lounge areas, as well as a fire pit and sandbox for the little ones, you’ll love every minute of your stay here.

GAME ROOM: A Grand Entrance Full of Fun!

As you enter the grand two-story game room, you’ll be dazzled by the streaming sunlight and the array of exciting games. This massive game room is packed with endless fun for everyone—featuring a pool table, air hockey, foosball, an arcade-style hunting game, a basketball hoop, and more! It's designed to engage the entire family and create memorable moments throughout your stay.

LIVING SPACES: Entertainment and Comfort All in One

The lively den sits just off the kitchen and features a massive sectional sofa, perfectly situated in front of a Smart TV. Gather everyone for a movie night and curl up with a big bowl of popcorn to binge-watch your favorite series. The den is open, offering beautiful views of the sparkling pool and its stunning waterfall feature, making it a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Ready to soak up some Vitamin D? We offer several cozy lounge chairs, perfect for stretching out, sunbathing, or even sneaking in a quick nap.

As night falls, watch the entire backyard transform with vibrant LED lighting that surrounds both the pool and yard, creating a magical, colorful atmosphere. The lights set the perfect mood for evening swims or a relaxing night under the stars.

Our spacious Desert Oasis offers comfortable accommodations across four private bedrooms plus an additional loft sleeping space, ensuring everyone in your group has a cozy retreat to rest and recharge. Whether it’s a luxurious king suite or a fun bunk bed loft for the kids, each area is designed to make your stay as restful and memorable as possible.

★ Bedroom 1: King Bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV, 2 accent chairs.
★ Bedroom 2: Two Full Beds, walk-in closet, Smart TV.
★ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV.

Bedrooms Overview:
The first three bedrooms and the bonus sleeping space (loft with bunk beds) are located upstairs on the second floor. The fourth bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, is conveniently located on the first floor.

Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
Enter a luxurious sanctuary featuring a king-size bed dressed in premium linens, ensuring you'll drift off to sleep on a cloud of comfort. Enjoy your favorite late-night talk shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV or wind down with a book using the bedside lamps. In the morning, bring your coffee and relax in your private seating area for two, with sunlight streaming through oversized windows.

The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, offering a soaking tub for a relaxing bath after a day of adventure, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities for convenience. The walk-in closet provides ample storage for all your belongings.

Second Bedroom (Bedroom 2)
The second bedroom features two full-size beds with high-quality linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. It includes a spacious walk-in closet and a Smart TV to catch your favorite shows or sports games.

Third Bedroom (Bedroom 3)
The third private guestroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, Smart TV, luxury linens, and a large walk-in closet. This room also includes bedside tables with lamps, perfect for reading a few pages or wrapping up some work before settling in for the night.

Bonus Sleeping Space (Loft Area)
In the open loft area, we have created a fun bonus sleeping space perfect for kids or even adults! The loft features two bunk beds with a playful pink decor and two pink bean bags that the kids will love. Be prepared for a friendly debate over who gets the top bunk!

Fourth Bedroom (Bedroom 4)
The final guestroom, located on the first floor, features a king-size bed and a Smart TV. Everyone in your group deserves the utmost comfort, and this room offers just that—a perfect retreat for winding down at the end of the day.

Bathrooms
Two additional bathrooms are available throughout the home—one upstairs in the hallway, shared by the second and third bedrooms, and one on the first floor next to the fourth bedroom, conveniently close to the backyard as well.

After a hot shower in one of the tub/shower combos, take advantage of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, then wrap yourself in a plush towel. All towels are high-quality, with dedicated makeup remover hand towels for your convenience.

Extra Amenities for Little Ones
If you are traveling with young children, we provide two pack & plays. Please let us know in advance if you need them, and we will have them set up and ready upon your arrival.

★ No pets are allowed
★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed.
★ The pool is not gated. Please ensure children are under adult supervision in the pool and Spa area at all times.
★ Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file.
★ The pool can be heated for a extra fee of $75 per night, heated need to be paid for entire stay, with at least 48 hours notice.
★ Use of the pool, spa, bunk beds and all other amenities we provide is at the guest’s own risk.
★ We ask that our guests respect the comfort of our neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable.
★ NOTE! Refund: If you cancel within the refundable time period we'll still be charging 5% from your total payment for processing fees.
