I had a chip in my windshield in the morning when I left. Upon returning that evening I request that the staff please review the camera footage from the previous night. The manager walked out with me and I showed him the car and where I had parked. He asked for my room number and promised they would do so and get back with me promptly. I never heard from him and he was not in when I checked out 3 days later. Disappointing.

We were therr for one night. Checked in a little late as we were coming from a ballgame. Lady at desk tried to charge me extra for my room. I told her it was paid in full thru expedia. She had to have someone come help her but we got it figured out. Room was very, very spacious. Loved the size! There were several stains on the carpet. Looked like coffee stains. Shower was nice but the corners of the shower were not cleaned very well. We had a blind missing from one of the windows so we couldnt shut out the light from outside. Had to watch where we dressed so we were not in front of that window. Bed was comfy. All in all, a good place to stay. Breakfast was very good.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s right off I75. There’s not any dining options within walking distance unless you want fast food. Everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns, in several different States over the past 45 days. These hotels were nice, However, breakfast is always substandard compared to other hotels in the same price and quality range. Poor selection of breakfast choices, poor meat choices, rubber eggs, warm milk for cold cereal, uncooked oatmeal, etc. How can such a nice hotel chain get the breakfast so wrong? Maybe the corporate executives should stop at each location and try out the breakfast that they peddle to their customers.

The room was nice, but needs some repair. Our sink faucet was moving around and the shower faucet had been replaced, but had a hole in the tile where the old faucet was. We asked for extra pillows to be sent up and no one ever came. I went down to breakfast at 9:15 and they were out of the main option (cheese omelet) and never restocked; breakfast didn't end until 10. Overall, I feel like this hotel is using the fact that they are close to LakePoint and that it is a Hampton. I would try one of the other hotels in the area before staying there again.

The hotel itself is brand new, therefor very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the location was excellent. My two hiccups with this hotel was the breakfast and technology. First, breakfast was open until 10. We went down at 9:15 and there was nothing left and they never refilled the food. They were busy due to a baseball tournament being in town, however, I expected them to keep the food options available up until 10am. I was able to eat one sausage patty and a yogurt. But the eggs, bagels, muffins, etc were gone and there was no coffee left. We ended up walking across the street to Starbucks. Secondly, the lack of usb outlets in the rooms. For a brand new hotel, I expected updated charging outlets. It wasn’t an issue, but at this point in time, I expect (especially new) hotels to have usb plugs in the room. Even the older hotels we have stayed in have updated their outlets to have usb plugs as well.

The walls are very thin. We could hear people stomping/running down the hall. We heard banging while trying to sleep.

Clean. Nicer location , not like the competitors near the off ramp and gas station . I will say the walls/ doors are thin. Could hear next door very easy without sound machine . Other than that. Nice place to stay

no more sausage
Please quit giving people the fake sausage links or any fake sausage period! It may just be me but the sausage is always gross! The only compliant I have is the breakfast!

Everything was great! Super clean and friendly staff. Needs better pillows, more firm. Holiday Inn Express has 2 soft pillows and 2 firm pillows in each room. Maybe an option since you all provide 4 pillows per bed. The comforter was not placed inside the duvet cover. Just a note.

Nice place! Clean stay. Trash can needed cleaning and the bathroom corners needed some love. The shower drain didn’t want to stay up long enough for a shower, so water collected in the bottom. Folks were nice, though! Good area. ChicFilA and Starbucks right by it.

My grandson had a baseball tournament at Lakepoint, and we opted to stay here for the location convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was great, especially for two growing boys. We’ll definitely stay here again.
