The Space:

Two bedrooms, four beds, and a private balcony overlooking the pool - with the Caribbean sea shimmering just beyond. Barú moves at its own pace, and this apartment is designed for exactly that: mornings with coffee in hand, afternoons split between the pool and the sand, and evenings unwinding without a plan. The beach is less than five minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom holds a double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds - comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests in total. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, giving everyone full control over their sleeping temperature.



Living space

The open-plan living area connects directly to the private balcony, where pool and ocean views are yours from the moment you step inside. Air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive if needed.



Kitchen and dining

A fully equipped kitchen takes care of every meal - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table for the whole group. A washer and dryer are also on hand for longer stays.



Bathrooms

Two and a half bathrooms serve the apartment, each stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.



Building and amenities

The building offers a shared swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a gym, elevator access, and step-free entry throughout. Free parking is available in the on-site garage. Beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all provided - so you can head straight to the water the moment you arrive. A ping pong table and pool table add to the options when you feel like staying in.



The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.



Long-term stays of 28 days or more are warmly welcomed.
