The OSH Hotel Getsemani sparkles like a new hotel (according to my tour guide, it is new) and is a reasonably priced option close to many of the most important sights to see in Cartagena. The rooms are well appointed and clean (with AC), the staff is superb, and the restaurant has many options. The gym is well-equipped and there are two pools. Location is fantastic for many tourist attractions in Cartagena (easily walkable to the walled city). Wonderful place to stay in Cartagena!

Had an incredible stay at the property, as the Uber turned on the street I was a bit skeptical but rest assure it’s safe , the property exceed what the pictures look like . Great food on site and bars , comfy room. Absolutely no complaints

The staff was incredible. Wilmer the front desk person was very informative, kind and friendly. Juan and Alejandra the baggage staff were always willing to help and answer questions. Bernadette, was welcoming and friendly. Our waiter, cant remember his name. So friendly. Helpful and helped out alot making our decision for breakfast easy. Omar the bartender was great to. Definite coming back and recommending this hotel for future trips to Cartagena

Honestly the pictures of this place don’t do it justice. The service was great, the pools were beautiful and the drinks were great too. My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. It was in a perfect location very convenient. We walked literally everywhere and there were great places to eat at around the area too. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and only a couple of years old. The AC worked great, the food was delicious, pool and outdoor setting is inviting and relaxing. The staff was helpful and very friendly

Wow truly impressed by the service here! Quick trip to Cartagena, was blown away. Love everything about it will return and stay here again. Very clean aesthetic is beautiful the hotel smells amazing the food was great by the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Ok, this property had me feeling like I was in a resort! We felt so safe/secure/comfortable. The staff is very kind and hospitable, we were greeted with welcome drinks (I mean this set the tone) and the room was very nice and clean. The rooftop pool my kids LOVED, and all the wanted, the downstairs pool is beautiful as well. We had the breakfast buffet every day and it was very nice and filling with a good variety of food and protien. The location of the hotel is what I loved as well, walkable to anywhere we wanted to go! So close to Getsemini right around the corner and all the good restaurants. Beyond exceeded my expectations and will highly only recomend for Cartagena. Hope I can be back!

What a beautiful property the lobby is amazing with an awesome curated bar the pool area is like out of a magazine. The rooms are a bit smaller than expected but that completely gets overshadowed by the ambiance and service!

Loved my stay at this hotel - it's really beautifully decorated and stylish. The staff have also been trained extremely well - they are kind, courteous and helpful. One slight negative - I booked this partly because it showed Le Labo products in the photos as the toiletries (I love their products) but was disappointed that they instead have a different, cheap brand - would recommend taking those photos out as it's false advertising. It didn't matter in the grand scheme of things as the hotel was great. Wish I could have stayed longer!

I stayed in OSH Hotel with a good friend of mines to celebrate her birthday. It was nothing short of amazing. From the aesthetics, to the customer service, to how hands on everyone is from when you walk inside greeting you and holding the door open for you, to the housekeepers cleaning up our room daily and restocking us with whatever it was we needed I would rate this hotel a 100/100! For her birthday they gave us a free cocktail, they also sung happy birthday to her from the rooftop pool as well as gifted her a slice of cake that read happy birthday on it that they placed in our room. Talk about paying close attention to details ! Also the first night while we were there it was a mishap with my friend being stuck in the shower due to the door being jammed and despite the language barrier they were very attentive with fixing the issue in less then 10 minutes. As well as gifting us with a courtesy breakfast the morning before we departed. Might I add the location is perfect right in the center of Cartagena. Our Uber rides were less then $10 and it was in walking distance to literally everything. I definitely will come back here. Thank you so much OSH. You guys were awesome !

Staff was great. We had an issue with the air conditioner leaking so they moved us to another room and gave us free breakfast and some pastries for the inconvenience. The only things that could be improved are to offer more kid friendly and pool side food options (e.g. nachos, chicken tenders/nuggets etc). Also, the waiters could be more attentive to come up to the pool cabanas to ask if anyone needed anything- People always had to flag them down or go down to the bar. Tissue boxes in the room would also be convenient. Other than that, the hotel was new, clean and we had a good time.

My husband and I stayed here for a vacation and absolutely loved it. The staff were fantastic and the facilities were excellent - we loved the pool, the food and drinks. This is a wonderful quality hotel and a great location. Staying here really elevated our time in Cartagena.

Esta fue mi experiencia junto con 2 amigas mas en el hotel OSH. A continuación, detallo tanto los aspectos positivos como los negativos que hemos observado: Comentarios positivos: 1.La estructura del hotel es encantadora y muy fotogénica. 2.La ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila durante la noche. Comentarios negativos: 1.Limpieza:• El servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones dejó mucho que desear. En varias ocasiones, se llegaban las 12pm y aún no habían realizado la limpieza. Incluso al solicitar asistencia, no obteníamos respuesta o no contestaban en el área de aseo. •Los baños de las habitaciones no estaban debidamente limpios. 2.Ducha: •La presión del agua en la ducha era insuficiente, lo que nos obligaba a esperar un largo tiempo para mojarnos el cabello. A pesar de informarlo en recepción, el problema nunca fue resuelto. 3.Servicio: •Aunque el personal siempre mostraba una sonrisa, notamos que eran lentos o parecían desinteresados. .4.Comida: •Si bien algunas opciones del menú estuvieron aceptables, consideramos que el precio de los platos no se correspondía con la calidad ofrecida. 5.Bebidas: •No encontramos ninguna bebida que nos gustara; o eran demasiado dulces o carecían de sabor. Además, consideramos que eran excesivamente costosas para lo que ofrecían, al punto de preferir solo consumir agua. En conclusión, creemos que el hotel tiene un gran potencial, pero por el momento no lo recomendamos.

This hotel is brand new, located in the young, hip neighborhood of Getsamani yet only a 5 minute walk to the walls of the historical city center. I can't say enough about the quality and creativity of the food! The executive chef has done an excellent job. Excellent hotel for families and couples. I would not recommend for parties or "unregistered guests".

So much potential. We chose the property for the pool and were not disappointed - I’m sure it’s one of the best pools in the whole city. We thoroughly enjoyed our days there before heading to explore. The building is new and beautifully decorated. It lost a point for me with the service. It was infuriatingly inconsistent. Some of the staff are exceptional and some are awful. The amount of time that we wasted each waiting around to be helped, especially at the bars, was shocking. Often there are 4 people standing behind the bar and it still takes you 20 minutes to get your check. It will make you actually appreciate the insane tipping culture in the US because at least servers hustle. This isn’t an island, but expect to be on island time all the same. The other not so important thing that I’ll mention is they really missed the mark on designing the bathrooms. The sink is a shallow mess and splashes everywhere. The rain shower head is 10ft tall so you can’t adjust it. If the cleaners happen to use a broom handle to push it to the side to rinse the walls, good luck showering, because there is no hope of it being straight again. We didn’t love Getsamani - wish we had stayed inside the walled city.

We stayed here for the last end of our trip in Cartagena and honestly wish we would have stayed longer. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Not to mention the hotel is gorgeous. The pools are dreamy and the rooms are very well stocked and super clean. Will definitely return for a longer stay. Huge thank you to the front desk receptionist who was able to get us checked into our room early. She was so nice and also Adonis; he was super helpful as well. Wonderful stay. 10/10 definitely recommend.

El hotel realmente es hermoso, vale la pena cada centavo que pagas. Los cuartos son algo pequeños pero muy comodos. La atención que brindan es extraordinaria, todos muy amables y pendientes de cada cosa que uno como huésped necesitaba. Las instalaciones de la piscina son divinas, con servicio de coctelería y comida. El restaurant cuenta con una carta pequeña; pero la verdad todo absolutamente exquisito (recomendados los huevos turcos, el croissant clásico y el de almendras; y las carimañolas). Volvería encantada a este hotel, pese a que en el sector hay muchos vendedores ambulantes y uno se siente acosado; pero sin duda alguna regresaremos a hospedarnos aquí.

Stunning hotel
Beautiful hotel, great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds, super nice bathrooms, we also loved the rooftop for drinks during sunset and the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights, the location was perfect for exploring Getsemani! With the busy street life, the room was quiet, wonderful decor, clean and modern.Absolutely enjoyed the second pool on the roof, beautiful sunset views, just awesome vibes. We had some food there too, it was great!!! This hotel is only a few months old, I really hope it stays that good! I would definitely return there, for solo or family stay )
