Fanatastisk lite hotel med utrolig bra beliggenhet, god service og god mat, rommet var utrolig flott med veldig gode senger. Her kommer jeg gjerne tilbake igjen.

Beautiful property with a lot of potential, however, for the price I expected more. They advertise an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a jacuzzi, but the rooftop pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was never turned on--despite us asking them to do so. I had a huge spa tub in my room, but the water leaked from the bottom and it would not fill up. My friend, who was staying in another room had a roach issue.

I went with my family and we loved the place. Everything was nearby we would just walk around and felt safe, the taxi/uber from the airport is close by as described but over all good experience! We will be back for sure

We loved this property at first was very skeptical because of previous reviews. Everything was clean, worked perfectly, was quiet, had TV/AC, and great service. Jose, Lilienthal, Wilfredo, and Anando (front desk) were all the best!! We will definitely come back and stay here. They have 2 great pools as well a rooftop and courtyard one. Don’t listen to any negative reviews coming from someone who travels a lot. Location is phenomenal did not have to use one cab to get around you are in the heart of the city!

Disappointing stay, the hotel lacks adequate amenities in the room. The bathroom in the room is a disaster, they don't have enough towels, there is no abundant hot water. The water arrives at very low pressure. The toilets function poorly. The mattresses do not allow adequate rest. Incredibly there is no early coffee for guests who take flights at 6 in the morning. This is a 50-60 US room. No more. I definitely do not recommend this hotel

Located in the walled city. Very conveniently located. Close to food , entertainment etc. average continental breakfast. Same choices daily. The ceiling in my room was leaking. I informed management. It wasn’t fixed. Well stocked mini bar , but The refrigerator did not work. It ran hot the entire time.

the most charming boutique hotel, but 1) front desk staff is beyond clueless 2) the property is not maintained Equipment -such as fan- is missing or does not work, paint is peeling in bathroom...

There was no hot water in the hotel and the elevator did not work. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Lindo hotel, habitación bonita. Sin embargo, por ese precio, lastima que el cuarto fuera tan oscuro y que no se podía arreglar la temperatura de la ducha…tampoco muy agradable como se podría esperar la mesera del desayuno.

First review in Expedia just because we loved this hotel very much! Design, location, stuff, food were amazing! We had a great time. Rooftop is so cute and breakfasts were delicious. Thank you! If we will ever be back to Cartagena for sure will stay at Ananda Hotel.
