«The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. «I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t.
