First, I inadvertently booked two rooms in error. Upon realizing this, I attempted to address the situation promptly.
Further, I did not receive the handicap-accessible room I had specifically requested and needed. Accessibility was a key factor in my booking decision, and the lack of appropriate accommodations significantly impacted our ability to proceed with the stay.
Taken together, these circumstances were unforeseen, outside of my control, and not based on personal preference or convenience. For these reasons, I respectfully believe the cancellation was warranted but I've still not heard from management and told not refundable.
I value Travel Guard as a provider and appreciate your time and consideration. I kindly ask that the claim be reviewed again in light of this additional clarification. Please let me know if any further documentation or information is needed.
