The space: a single-storey 85 m² house with a fully enclosed garden, ideal for families and small groups. Three bedrooms: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender) and a dining table. Washing machine and tumble dryer. HD TV with Netflix, Canal+, Prime Video and Disney+, Bluetooth speaker. For babies: high chair, baby bath and travel cot on request. Outside: terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.

Guest access: the whole house and garden are yours. Self check-in with a keypad lock; instructions are sent before your arrival. One private parking space in front of the house and free parking nearby.
