Guests have private access to the Studio on Forktree.
Dedicated entrance to the studio (separate from the main home’s entry).

Strictly no parties or events – this is a quiet retreat space.
No smoking inside the studio.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Please respect neighbours and the main residence, keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
Please report any breakages or issues during your stay so we can address them promptly.
Check-in and check-out times as per your standard policy (e.g. 3pm in, 10am out) unless previously arranged.
