The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart

The second master faces the garden (1 king-size bed) with a spacious balcony, a separate bedroom, and a panoramic view of the sea outside! The 3ra bedroom has a separate bedroom (bunk beds are 1 queen and 1 single,
separate beds are full size) with its own bathroom! The kitchen features granite counters, new appliances, fully stocked meals, and the bathrooms are immaculate and clean!
There is also a washer and dryer room. There are entertainment and leisure facilities, five fishing rods, table tennis table, and swimming pool floats for you to use! There is also a baby high chair, and there is a spacious parking space under the house, which can park 6 cars! Safe and quiet neighborhood perfect for getting away from city life, 15 minute drive to Carrabelle town center with supermarket, local restaurants and shops and minutes to golf course! ** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **
1: Can we access the bay behind the house for fishing or swimming?
Definitely for fishing!! Perfect for fishing or just to enjoy the view and the GORGEOUS sunrise over the water. You're also welcome to fish from the dock. However, for swimming, I'd personally still plan on using the pool or take a short drive to the white sand beach at (carrabelle beach ) It's just a few minutes away.
2: Is the pool heated?
Unfortunately, we do not offer heat at this time during the Winter months, but you can purchase heat $50 per day April 1st - Oct. Ist.
Just let us know if you would like that feature upon booking and we will get you setup and arrange payment. The pool heats up to low 80s, as long as there aren't any late cold snaps over night.
