Neptune's Retreat 2 BD on the Beach

Welcome to Neptune's Retreat —a gorgeous beachfront condo sitting directly on the sand of Carpinteria State Beach, just a block from the heart of Linden Ave. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this is your own little slice of coastal paradise. Unwind in the open living room, cook up a meal in the beautiful kitchen with a glimpse of the ocean catching your eye, or simply step outside and let the beach do the rest. Fully stocked and ready for you from the moment you arrive. 🔱



The space

🛏️ Bedroom 1

A spacious king bed with an attached bathroom, dresser, and closet. Two floor sleeping mats are also available in the closet area for extra guests. This room has its own TV and a private door leading to the side alley.



🛏️ Bedroom 2

A comfortable queen bed with a TV — a cozy retreat after a long day at the beach.



🛁 Bathrooms

Both bathrooms feature standing showers with glass doors. One is en-suite to Bedroom 1, and the other is in the hallway next to Bedroom 2. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in both.



📺 Living Room

Settle into the L-shaped couch and unwind. The TV has cable and full streaming capability (Netflix and more), and local magazines are on hand for a slower afternoon. The dining table seats up to 4, with an additional 4 stools at the counter.



🍳Kitchen

A fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, BBQ tools, and all your everyday essentials. A drip coffee maker is available — coffee grounds aren't guaranteed but may be left over from previous guests.



🧺 Laundry

In-unit washer and dryer in the hall closet, plus an iron. Detergent isn't always provided — we recommend bringing your own, but feel free to use any that's available.



🌊 Beach & Outdoors

The house is located directly on the beach, and we're happy to provide boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for all your beach needs. We just ask that you bring everything back to the storage unit when not in use and avoid leaving any items on the sand.



The shared patio has two gas BBQs (connected to the building — no propane needed) and picnic tables, perfect for a relaxed outdoor meal.



🚗 Parking

Two gated parking spots are included, both numbered #5. Additional vehicles should park on the street.



📶 WiFi & Entertainment

High-speed WiFi throughout the unit — the router is in the cabinet next to the fridge. The TV has cable and full streaming capability (Netflix and more).



Guest access

Contactless self check-in for a smooth arrival. The entire unit is yours — the only off-limits area is one locked hall closet. We're available by phone or email throughout your stay for anything you need.

❓ FAQs

•⁠ Pets: Not permitted — per HOA policy.

•⁠ Early luggage drop or late parking: Not available, as we can't monitor belongings or interrupt the cleaners while preparing the house.

• Security deposit: No deposit required for standard stays! We've partnered with Safely to provide insurance coverage for accidental damages — already included in your rental rate. For stays longer than 28 days, a security deposit of $5,000 will be collected manually. Please reach out for more details.

•⁠ Additional cleaning: Available for longer stays at an added cost — just ask in advance.



📋 House Rules

🚭 No smoking of any kind — indoors, outdoors, patio, or garage. Carpinteria is a non-smoking town; violations may result in a city fine.

🎉 No parties or events.

📷 No photo or video shoots without prior host approval.

👥 Max 6 overnight guests (children 2+ count toward the total).

🌙 Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

🛋️ Please don't rearrange the furniture.

🏖️ Return all beach gear to the unit after use — nothing left on the beach overnight.



Rule violations or HOA complaints may result in fines and/or removal from the property without refund for remaining nights.
