Lido Specchiolla has beautiful, long, sandy beaches. It is a quiet place with a promenade, a small harbour and excellent fish and seafood restaurants.

There are bars, markets and fishermen with fresh fish every day. The first town is S. Vito dei Normanni, 8 km away, known for the Dentice di Frasso Castle, which can be visited with the prince himself.

Three times a week there is a large market for fruit, vegetables and summer clothing.

In the evening, the nightlife is concentrated a five-minute drive away in Torre Santa Sabina or in Ostuni, a charming old town with lively cocktail bars and local craft shops.
