3-Bedroom Villa in Carovigno

The villa has been completely renovated; work began in late 2022 and was completed in April 2024, which is why the first two weeks of June will be offered at a reduced rate, as some amenities may not yet be available due to the short timeframe; this is also why there are no photos of the interior, since work is still being completed. However, the essential amenities are guaranteed.
The villa, equipped with both air conditioning and heating, consists of a kitchen/living room area with a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people; 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and 2 bedrooms with single or double beds, depending on your request, as well as a shared bathroom available to the entire house.
Inside the villa, you’ll find a TV, oven, microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as a drinking water dispenser (still, chilled still, and chilled sparkling).
Outside, the house is surrounded by a large covered terrace where you’ll find both a room serving as a bathroom and laundry area, as well as a stone fireplace/barbecue available for guests’ use.
Finally, also outside, you’ll find a swimming pool with two depth levels: one at 1.10 meters with a waterfall for neck massages and a built-in bar featuring stone seats submerged in the water for adults, and another at 10 cm for children.
This bar area features an elevated section with a countertop, a sink, and a snack bar—accessible from the outside—and a section at water level accessible from the inside, complete with the aforementioned stools.
The pool area is surrounded by a lawn and olive trees that provide shaded areas where you can relax on sofas and lounge chairs.
The villa is strategically located 6 km from the sea (Torre Guaceto WWF Reserve), 20 km from Brindisi and Ostuni, 30 km from Cisternino and the Itria Valley, and 60 km from the trulli of Alberobello and Lecce. You can visit the most beautiful places in Puglia and then return to cool off in the pool and read a good book while sipping a cold beer under a centuries-old olive tree.
