December 31, 2025 BEDDING UPDATE:
The current bedding configuration of this home includes two (2) queen beds and one (1) queen sleeper sofa. Reservations with arrival dates prior to March 1, 2026, should expect this configuration. Beginning in March 2026, the bedding configuration will transition to one (1) king bed, one (1) queen bed, and one (1) queen sleeper sofa. Reservations arriving on or after April 1, 2026, should expect the primary bedroom to feature a king bed.
This recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is located conveniently across the street from the beach! You'll start your day with ocean views from the front balcony. It's close to the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier (Northern Extension), to pull at any fishing-lovers heart. Interior features include a full-sized inviting ready-to-use kitchen, new floors and furniture, laundry closet, and a primary suite with a beautiful walk-in closet. After a long day at the beach, relax and unwind on the cozy deck and enjoy watching the sunset.
The condo complex has a community pool for guests to use and is just minutes from amazing dining and enticing entertainment that Carolina Beach has to offer. It will become the place your family calls their happy place, and the one you will want to come back to every chance you get!
In addition to the wonderful memories you will make at this property, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to North Carolina Coastal Federation to keep our North Carolina beaches clean! For your convenience, there is a whole home water filtration system in addition to a RO water dispenser for the kitchen sink.

Parking: Unassigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with parking pass.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
