* Scenic Views: Revel in stunning Atlantic Ocean views from the open living, dining, and kitchen area.
* Updated Kitchen: Cook up delightful meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, new appliances, and a stylish tile backsplash.
* In-Unit Convenience: Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer for added comfort during your stay.
* Prime Location: Serenity Now is conveniently situated near excellent restaurants, shops, the boardwalk, and local hotspots, providing easy access to Carolina Beach's vibrant scene.

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Easy check in, and great communication throughout. Only feedback is to include the point that there is overflow parking upfront. The parking spaces under the property are incredibly tight for large vehicles and I damaged my wing mirror. Also, maintenance had to come over twice while we were at the property to fix the lock. This should be done while the property is vacant unless absolutely necessary.

Fantastic

This is a World Cup well furnished well stocked condo right on the beach. What else can you ask for? There’s a small market with walking distance. The boardwalk and most of the restaurants are all within walking distance as well. The beach is much less crowded in this part of Carolina Beach. The beds were comfortable. I have no complaints.

President’s Day Getaway

We invited another couple to go to Carolina Beach with us. Serenity Now provided a great spot for us to hang out and catch up on each others lives. It was located close to Carolina Beach, Kure Beach & the aquarium so we had plenty to see and do over the long weekend.

Great location but it was buggy

Loved the location. The management staff was amazing and super helpful. We had issues with cockroaches and one shower did not have hot water. We did complain and we were offered to move to another unit. Problem was we were only there for the weekend and we wanted to be beach front. They did say they contacted HOA about the bugs and maintenance about the hot water. But… again… we only had three days to enjoy and it was impacted by the bugs.

Great place for a long weekend. Very clean, there are beach chairs and some beach toys, beds were comfortable. Its about a 10 min walk from the board walk.

Great vacation home

This is our second year staying at this property. Great as last time. Great location. Had some trouble with the code working on the door but property owner was quick with responses and had a handyman there to fix the problem.

Disappointment with experience

We got locked out of our unit because the keypad stopped working. It was a health emergency as I was having an allergic reaction and needed my medication. We could not contact property manager and had to contact VRBO who also could not get a hold of the property manager and had to send en email. The property manager ended up sending us a message a while later and didn't even bother to call to clear things up. We specifically chose the unit because of how clean it looked, but the HVAC vent was caked in layers of dust, the fans had not been wiped, and the A/C would not actually reach the temperature we set it to. This will be our first and last VRBO stay.

Great time!

Overall the stay and the place were great! Had never been to Carolina Beach before this vacation & found it to be very quiet and chill. Only negative was that the support handle in the master bedroom’s shower was broken. While it didn’t bother me, I could see it being a problem if a guest had mobility or stability issues. Would stay there again!

Family beach week

The place was very clean! I felt comfortable entering with my family. The location is perfect and the patio is wonderful. There were a few things I would upgrade. There is no blender and the coffee pot is about to kick the bucket. It doesn't serve hot coffee and needs to be replaced. The back patio door is extremely hard to open. It needs fixed. We didn't reach out to the management as we didn't any to be bothered ans made it work. The king bed was comfy, the second room and one great mattress and the other needs replaced. We put our youngest in that bed as she is the smallest with little weight. These are all just small things to be done. Over all it was a beautiful week! The beach view and access to everything is perfect! Not a crowded beach this far up and we were even there for the 4th. Someone bear the building had an awesome display of fire works right in front in the beach. So we watched from our porch with a perfect view. I would recommend staying here. :)

Overall a good stay ....

The condo was very clean and well-decorated but I do have some recommendations for improvement: sliding glass doors were very difficult to open/close; Internet was in and out; Only 1 washcloth provided per person - could definitely use more (=lots of laundry); Only 1 dish towel provided; there were no potholders; left sink stopper in master bath did not work; kitchen hand soap was watered down (zero soap); TV in master did not work - likely due to dead batteries in remote; parking underneath condo not great for larger vehicles - highly recommend parking in the overflow lot for trucks and SUV's.

It was our second time staying in this condo. It is clean and comfortable. We love the location, as it’s an easy walk to the boardwalk shops & restaurants. Having private access to the beach is a huge plus! We would choose this condo again when we come back to CB!

Weekend get away.

Wonderful stay. Property Mgmt not easily reached.

We arrived after an 8-hour drive and the key pad was not working. The lock box key was also missing. We had no access. It was nearing 5p and the close of the business day. When we called the number for the property management company, every extension ended in a fast busy signal. The fact that it was so difficult to get a live person on the phone was extremely frustrating. We spent an hour calling around to other real estate agents in the area to see if anyone knew of Carolina Beach Rentals or had an alternate number for them. Thankfully, a local realtor found a Google Voice number and someone from the property management company finally returned our call. They did send a locksmith out to let us in later that evening but it was a frustrating process. The handicap bar in the master bath was broken. Three vinyl panels which covered deck ceiling had fallen onto the deck when we arrived. Other than that, the property was clean and well-maintained. PROS: The property manager did send us $50 for the inconvenience and they were very easy to deal with once we were able to get in touch with them. The property was clean. The oceanfront view and beach access were awesome. The beds were comfortable. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. We would definitely rent this property again if in the area.

Wonderful condo and great location

Our family loved staying at the condo. Only thing I would say is the ice dispenser doesn’t work and the Wi-Fi was awful and barely worked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Unit very clean with amazing view. Loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. Sunrise is amazing from the deck or beach. Beach is right there and make sure you rent the Umbrella and chairs for the week. The set up and take down daily is great! We used Tony Silvagni. Walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Had an amazing week!
