My family of 4 Stayed for 2 nights. The photos of the space are accurate and the space was adequate. I loved that it was fully stocked with essentials in kitchen and bathroom. Bedding was adequate as well, but we had to make our own bed upon arrival which was unusual. Pillows were stained badly needed to be replaced as well but there was one pack of new pillows available in the closet. There were also beach chairs and towels available and washer and dryer with detergent. The pull out couch was good enough. The best part was the access to the beach, it was a very short walk across the street. It’s also close to lots of dining options as others have said. We did have to contact the owner Matt because the air wasn’t working when we arrived the first night and unfortunately had to sweat it out because no one was available until the morning to fix it. He was responsive and apologized. We were offered a credit back but we haven’t seen that yet. Overall it provided what we needed and hopefully owner can make some minor adjustments to make the stay exceptional.
