Well, bless his heart—it looks like dear old Dad has officially “Conched Out” on the back porch swing, gently swaying in the ocean breeze with a cold drink in hand and not a care in the world. Some folks just really need a vacation, and if your family is anything like that, it might be time to make a reservation so you too can be “Conched Out” for a week or two in beautiful Kure Beach!

You’ll be thrilled when you arrive at this spacious 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom single-family home perched right on the oceanfront. With sweeping views of the Atlantic and plenty of room for the whole crew, it’s the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and classic beach charm. One of the home’s newest—and most beloved—features is the private in-ground pool, glistening in the coastal sunshine and just waiting for you to dive in. Whether you're cooling off after a morning on the beach or taking a midnight swim under the stars, this backyard oasis will have you coming back year after year. Homes like this don’t come around often, so treat your family to a stay that lets everyone truly relax, recharge, and reconnect.

The ground level of the home features a spacious garage for all your beach gear, bikes, and toys, as well as a downstairs den that’s just right for kids, teens, or the young at heart. Upstairs on the main level, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom—ideal for couples or guests who appreciate a bit of privacy. The main living area boasts an open layout that brings together a cozy living room, a sunny dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a full seafood feast. There’s also a convenient powder room on this floor. Step out onto the expansive deck and take in the ocean views or dip a toe in the pool—it’s all yours to enjoy throughout your stay. And don’t forget that extra swimsuit; with the beach and the pool just steps away, you’re bound to be in and out of the water all day long.

On the upper floor, you’ll discover even more space to stretch out and unwind. Another casual den provides a second gathering spot, perfect for movie nights or quiet reading time. Two oceanfront primary suites with king beds offer front-row views of the sunrise and soothing sounds of the surf to lull you to sleep. On the street side, there’s a cheerful bunk room with two stacked twins and a pull-out trundle—ideal for the kids—and a final bedroom with a comfy queen bed. Best of all, every bedroom connects to a bathroom, which makes mornings and evenings run smoothly, especially when everyone’s getting ready for a night out on the town.

During your stay on Pleasure Island, you can choose the pace that fits your mood. Seek out serenity with long walks on the beach, quiet afternoons by the pool, or peaceful evenings watching the stars. Or, turn up the fun with trips to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, amusement rides, live music, and all the sweet treats you can imagine. Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals with a minimum of 3-night stays in summer, and minimum of 2-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over twin), 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
Parking: Parking in the driveway for up to 3 cars depending on the size of the vehicles. Garage parking for up to 4 vehicles, again depending on vehicle size.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Grills. Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Ocean Front, Private Fenced Pool, Private Beach Access, Stand Alone Ice Maker, 2 Outdoor Showers (one enclosed), Single Family Home.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located by the front door (doorbell camera) and back deck facing out towards the ocean.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “K250 – Conched Out” as a vacation rental.

A railing is needed on other side of chair not behind it and electric place needs to be on wall not on floor and door stop needs to be replaced,Master bathroom sink needs drain! And flys and knats need to be under control
