Ok hotell med sentral belligenhet
Helt ok motell/hotell. Rommet luktet innestengt og vegg til vegg teppe er noe av det mer uhygieniske man får tak i. Vegg til vegg teppet fremstod ikke helt rent. På badet lå det hår både i dusjen og rundt doen. Rommet bar preg av slitasje. Rommet var også veldig varmt om natten, uten muligheter for å regulere det. Vi sov der riktignok bare en natt, så da overleverer man det. Fikk frokostpose på utsiden av døren på morningen. Når vi er to personer så er det litt lite med en liten flaske appelsinjuice og en bagel. Det var også yoghurt, banan, eple og en muffins oppi der, men jeg har ikke akkurat lyst på muffins til frokost. Så man kan lett finne et annet sted å spise frokosten. Betjeningen var hyggelig og serviceinnstilt, så ingenting å utsette på det. Hotellet er ok for en natt, men ikke er sted man bør bo flere netter på.

Hotellrommet bar preg av å være gammelt. Senga var nedligget og det luktet litt gammelt/innestengt. Frokosten var ikke mye å skryte av, alt for lite mat til 2 personer. Pluss for rolige omgivelser.

Nice hotel in a funny small Town. Good to have a fireplace in the room, since it was pretty cold. The breakfast was a joke. Some toasts is need so to Call this a small meal.

The bed was right next to the door! No light, no night stand, no outlet!! There was a large wall that would have accommodated the bed, two nightstands with lamps! Poor space planning. The ice bucket was in the closet! No instructions where to get the ice.

We primarily chose this property due to being pet friendly and found the grass area to be half dead and the other half was not mowed. The room was fine except that the shower door did not latch. The area was very walkable and had much to look at in terms of restaurants, shops, and the beach. Alexis was very pleasant and an asset who was helpful and nice.

Wish I could have said I enjoyed it but even on a Sunday someone has to stay and fight in the room right next to yours. It went on from around 9am till 12:20. I called to the front desk around 11 but they aren’t staffed after 10. Left a message and they didn’t even acknowledge my complaint when I left in the morning. The grass area in the front needs to be cleaned up a little better but other than that super clean. The walls are paper thin so the yelling all night ruined my stay. Can’t say I’ll go back because of how the situation wasn’t dealt with.

Great location! We were able to walk to dinner and catch sunset on the beach. The desk clerk was so nice. The cookies were delicious!

We really appreciated how hospitable the staff were at both check in and check out - there were complimentary cookies for both us and our dog. The room is a little dated with carpet (so if you had allergies - it may be a slight issue in a pet friendly room) however it was super clean, with a convenient court yard. I don’t believe they have AC and our room was a little warm in the night - but you can’t complain for the reasonable price for the area. They also provided a lot of information about Carmel, and recommended businesses nearby. Overall I would absolutely stay again!

Very disappointing. Paid for a queen bed got a double and room had only space for one bedside lamp and table . Asked for an upgrade and told I needed to pay additional $76… Certainly won’t stay there again . View was street and parked cars. No breakfast only coffee in room and two small cookies.

Very convenient for walking around Carmel, plus our room had a kitchenette so we had a lot of room, and made use of the microwave and dishes for after-dinner snacking on leftovers.

The staff is the friendiless I've experienced in quite awhile. They exuded happiness and so willing to be of service. Not getting great cell reception but the great Direct TV made up for it.

Surprisingly quiet despite a lot of dogs. Quick walk to great restaurants and the beach for sunset. Would stay again! Rooms are a bit dated but bed very comfy . Good pillows.

The mattressin the bed was very uncomfortable becauseof its softness. For the high amount they now charge, the old mattress ought to be repaced. Otherwise this hotel is adequate although they do have a lot of addon small fees.
