Hovedetasjen har en stor tilpasset kjøkken utstyrt med topp-the-line apparater, granitt benkeplater, og god plass til å lage et minneverdig måltid sammen. Spisebordet sitter komfortabelt 10. Stuen er et flott område å slappe av, se på TV, eller besøke med familie, venner eller kolleger. Tre sett med franske dører fører ut fra stuen til en koselig privat uteplass med uteservering, en gassgrill, vakre plantinger og modne eiketrær.

Hovedetasjen inneholder også fire soverom og 2. 5 bad. Det er to sett med Jack og Jill soverom, hver med en queen size-seng og et eget sett med franske dører som leder utenfor. Et kompakt vaskemaskin / tørketrommelskap kompletterer første etasje.

Andre etasje består av master bedroom suite og en separat stue på toppen av trappen. Hovedsoverommet har en California king size-seng, 2 komfortable stoler, en gasspeis, en TV, et klesskap, og et stort bad med 2 vasker, et boblebad og en stor flislagt dusj. Stuen har en koselig sofa og er det perfekte stedet å lese en bok eller se på TV.

Hjemmet har en vedlagt 2-bil garasje og en gated asfaltert innkjørsel for 2-3 biler.

Det perfekte huset for familier og venner å samle og slappe av. Fungerer også bra for en liten bedriftens retrett / møteplass.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family flew in from across the country so we could all be together for a family weekend. We had the most amazing time! The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We loved its proximity to town. The seating area in the living room and patio were our favorite hang out spots! Overall, would absolutely love to come back. Jim and Carol were amazing and so responsive.

Perfect home for family reunion
The pictures don't do this place justice. It is even more spacious and comfortable in person. It was great for our family of nine, but would be a wonderful place for a larger size group. We loved the well maintained yard and garden, where we could hang out, and enjoy the beautiful weather. The house is super clean and has everything you might need. Jim and Carol are wonderful hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. They responded to our messages almost instantly. The location is convenient (15 to 20 mins walk) to a charming town with great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a larger house in a great location. Thank you Jim and Carol!

Beautiful Home
This home is absolutely beautiful. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to stay with spacious dining and living room areas for us to gather. It was a nice treat for all of us to spend time together in such a nice home after days of exploring the surrounding communities. The homeowners were a pleasure to do business with. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
This property was ideal for our group of eight on many levels. Before the trip, all communication with the hosts were answered promptly and accurately. We arrived to a beautifully maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to town and convenient to local attractions. The home is spacious and beautiful. It is super clean, organized and has a well stocked kitchen. I want to emphasize how well the house is designed for spending time with each other. Our group came together from several locations and value the occasions when we are together. The open kitchen, living room design was perfect. There was plenty of comfortable seating as well as a long table for eating and laughing together. It is a place memories are made. Thank you Jim and Carol.

The Perfect Home Away from Home
My husband and I can't say enough good things about this property! We spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right place for our group of 8 adults and a baby to stay for our vacation to Carmel. We settled on this beautiful home and it just couldn't have been better!! Upon check-in, we found it to be exceptionally clean and just as the pictures indicated. The home is so well appointed to accommodate a group. The beds and bedding were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the utensils, cookware, dishes and glassware you need. We ate several meals in and enjoyed the patio and grill. The location is perfect for exploring Carmel Valley, Carmel-by the Sea, and the Monterey Bay Area. As for the hosts, Jim and Carol... from booking the property to during and after our stay.. they were quick to respond to all of our questions and to provide very helpful information. We appreciated their recommendations for local restaurants and a place to rent baby gear for the little one in our family! This is an ideal home away from home and we would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Wowzer! Don't miss out on this property
My friends and extended family have an annual reunion in Carmel, a tradition for 20 years. We have had opportunity to stay in multiple houses over the years. This home, however, was the best by far. It suited all of our particular needs beautifully. The house is exactly as described. The landscaping is beautiful with multiple outdoor seating areas. The house is also very private, with an automatic gate for the driveway and plenty area to park your cars. It has very easy access to highway 1, but absolutely no highway noise. The neighborhood is very secluded. It is a one mile hilly walk to downtown Carmel. The owners provide for multiple amenities not often seen in other Carmel homes, such as beach chairs, and a full array of coffee, tea, toiletries and extra pillows, blankets, etc. The house is also pristine. The kitchen has a set up like a chefs kitchen. The TV has full streaming access. The beds are very comfortable. The accolades just keep going. Lastly, Jim and Carol are very available to you. We didn't need them at all as everything was just right. Don't miss out!

Better than Perfect
So much space for our family to spread out and not be on top of each other! Immaculate, top of the line chef kitchen, with a dining space made for great gatherings. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, outdoors was relaxing and beautiful. We walked to town many times, and always looked forward to going "home". It's a place everyone in our party wants to return to. Jim and Carol have thought of everything, and we were grateful for each detail included in their home.

Golf Trip
Once again, we had an amazing stay at Jim and Carol's home in Carmel. We have stayed here several times, using the house as our base for a family/friends golf trip. The home is perfect for our needs...5 bedrooms, large great room/kitchen to gather in, and a great location to quickly get to Ocean Ave., golf courses, and everything else you would want to do when visiting Carmel. The house has always been spotless, well appointed, and everything works flawlessly. The owners are a pleasure to work with, extremely friendly and welcoming, and responsive and helpful to any communications or questions we have ever had. We hope to rent this house annually for our golf trip and highly recommend it to others who are looking to have a special/memorable trip to Carmel.

FABULOUS house!
This place has everything you need! It’s incredibly spacious, well designed and immaculately clean. The kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. The jasmine plant at the entry to the property creates the most lovely scent that surrounds the whole house. Highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful Family Stay--2nd Time!
Our family (5 adults, 4 young children) loved our return visit this year! The very spacious home is well situated in a quiet neighborhood and is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee pods, spices, and anything you might need. The bedrooms and bathrooms have an abundance of towels and linens. There is a lovely large outdoor seating area, gas grill, and even a playhouse on the sideyard. Jim and Carol are wonderful hosts, and are quick to respond to any questions. They definitely work hard to provide a great stay for their guests. I highly recommend this home and hope to return yet again for another stay!!

Reunion
What an amazing property! Pictures don't do it justice... myself and 5 USMC buddies had a mini 30 year reunion for a mountain biking trip. The house was extremely comfortable for 6 adults and everyone had their own bed. The house has an impressive set of high end appliances which made cooking as a group easy. Very close to downtown Carmel. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and excellent to work with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee pods, spices, and everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms included ample towels. The beds were filled with an abundance of pillows and blankets. No detail was forgotten. I wish we could have spent more time just enjoying the house, but there were just too many other amazing things to do in this most beautiful part of the Central California Coast.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house in Carmel over the Memorial Weekend, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The house's location was absolutely fantastic, providing us with easy access to all the attractions Carmel has to offer. One of the standout features of this house was the ample space it provided. Absolutely Perfect Home!
Our family was looking for a place to have a reunion, and we were delighted with our stay in this property in Carmel. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for our get-together. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owner put into the property, with tasteful and modern decor and thoughtful touches throughout the rental that made our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, with a short and scenic drive to downtown Carmel and the beach, and conveniently close to all our favorite places from the past. The kitchen was generously stocked with cooking utensils and spices, and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for late-night reminiscing. The rental also had a wonderful outdoor space with a comfortable seating area that we enjoyed on sunny afternoons, as well as an interesting outdoor shelter that added to the unique charm of the property. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay, making the entire experience even more pleasant. Overall, we would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Carmel. Our stay allowed us to catch a moment from our past and re-live some of our favorite memories. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing Home!
My family and I came down to Carmel for the weekend for the Big Sur Marathon. This wonderful home was able to fit 8 and two children adults comfortably. The house was stocked with all the amenities you could hope for and need. The kitchen was pristine and the living room/dining/kitchen area was a great place for everyone to hangout. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown Carmel. The owners, Jim and Carol, were prompt and accommodating to our specific needs. We wished we could have stayed longer! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone.
