Property is awesome! Rooms are comfortable and there’s a lap pool/jacuzzi and multiple fire pits to hang by. There’s a path to walk above the flower farm when it is blooming. You can call a driver for tip only to take you into town and pick you up. We’ve stayed twice and enjoyed it. Food is a bit pricy but really good! The only negative is that they kill you on the added BS charges- like resort fees etc.

Beautiful views to ocean and flower fields! Room is functional and has multiple TVs and hangout spots. Love the room with separate area for kids. Privacy is great! Kids can have fun here due to many activity areas! Suggest switching to charge cards in arcade room. They don’t have change for $20.

The staff was friendly and prompt when asked for extras. Wasn’t super happy about having to pay to park, but would do so again.

Room didn't look like the Expedia advertised room, 2 night stay was noisy as I was trying to relax, Also parking signage for Cassara no where in site, no luggage carts available, and the lady who checked me out had a bad attitude when not one but two customers complained back to back regarding the same issue with breakfast hours not being properly communicated and took no initiative to accommodate instead waited 45 mins for dining area to reopen for lunch at noon. Sad part is I was really looking forward to my stay here.

Old and thin walls
In one phrase: Lipstick on a pig. Rooms are old with newer furnishings, old carpet, thin walls. I could hear next room coughing. I could hear everything in the hallway, outside and walking above. I tried to change rooms but apparently they were totally sold out even though on hotels.com there were still rooms available. Only good thing was the pool was heated. You get what you pay for, I should have kept our previous booking with a more expensive hotel. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Everything was excellent! It was great be able to walk to Legoland! The heated pool was was awesome! The only two negatives were that the recreation/activity room and Arcade were not funtional for my kids. The pool 🎱 balls were all missing and table not operable and the air hockey puck was missing. My kids were disappointed. Staff tryed their best to find the missing supplies, but no luck.

I was surprised with the set-up of this Hilton property and more disappointed with their service. The property is split up with a timeshare property, which is ok, but not what I was expecting out of a Hilton property. The only nice part of the hotel is their lobby, which is what they show online, the rooms and everything else is subpar to a Hilton property. The check-in service was ok, no friendly check-in, is everything ok? will you be needing anything else during your stay? The following morning, their gardener decides to use the leaf blower at 645am right in front of our balcony. Why schedule landscaping services that early at a hotel, the week between Christmas and New Year is beyond me, but when I called the front desk he seemed bothered that I called to tell him and then proceeded to say he would try to get a hold of him, mind you my room was steps away from the front desk. The leaf blower did not stop until past 730am. Definitely wouldn't book this hotel again, despite it having a great location in Carlsbad and great view.

I thought this hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant right next to the hotel had very good service and good food. Overall my husband and I had a pleasant stay.
