The Space:

This thoughtfully designed studio offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The sleeping area features a cozy double bed for a restful night, while the full bathroom is well-equipped with all the essentials.



The compact yet functional kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, and stove, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table. Step outside onto the patio for fresh air and relaxation, where you can also enjoy free access to the hot tub during your stay (please note that the hot tub is a shared facility). For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use in the common areas.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment. This includes the bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and relaxation is available on the private patio. The apartment also provides access to shared amenities, such as a washer and dryer located in common areas, for added convenience. The property includes a private entrance for your ease and comfort.

The journey typically takes around 10-15 minutes, providing convenient connections to national rail services and other parts of Wales. For those arriving by air, Cardiff Airport (CWL) is approximately a 30-40 minute taxi or car ride away. Local bus stops are within a short walking distance, making it easy to explore Cardiff and its surrounding areas. Parking is available on the street. Please note that parking availability may vary depending on the time of day.

Please note: the hot tub is shared between all nine flats. There’s a shared kitchen as well, though each studio does come with a small kitchen of its own.

Please note that check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Street parking is available, but please be aware that availability may vary. The apartment is a non-smoking property, and we do not allow pets. While we strive to maintain a clean environment, the shared washer and dryer are available in common areas.
