«The location of the unit was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. The check in process was smooth and easy. Plenty of room for everyone and multiple televisions. Our only issue was that the floors were filthy, but they sent someone the next day to clean them. It would also be helpful if there was a luggage cart to bring everything to the room.»

«Perfect, well equipped, nicely furnished with a great location condo! Loved the enclosed balcony and the additional pull down Murphy bed was perfect for my Mom who we brought with us! Clean unit except for the floors. Floors were beautuful but really need cleaning.»

Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. «Great place to celebrate our parents’ 65th. Rosen was extremely helpful when we had requests. The beach view was wonderful. Only negatives would be the stairs - they were quite steep & uneven in height which made it difficult at times - and the walls are a bit thin so crying kids could be heard many times. Overall, a great trip and Captiva never disappoints.»

«The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.»

«Great property, nice and clean and it actually had 2 bathrooms, although I think the description said 1 bathroom. That was a pleasant surprise.The check in process was a little rough. I went to the front desk to check in and they told me they don’t deal with any VRBO reservations. I couldn’t reach the host for about an hour, but when I did, he met me at the front desk and the front desk and helped with the check in process .
