Perfect.
Perfect stay! We enjoyed every day and did not want to leave in the end. Super friendly staff with perfect service at all possible hours. Great facilities, luxurious breakfast & restaurant. Again, perfect!

Staff was amazing! We booked two rooms (family of four) and they allowed us to change to a family suite. The staff was amazing! The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent. We used the hotel driver, great service in amazing vehicles. We felt safe inside and around the property. Definitely recommend for families with kids. Plenty of pools and rooms with pool access.

This hotel is beautiful set in such a central location. We had a cabana pool room which led out onto a small patio and then the small front pools. The room was well equipped and kept immaculate by the daily housekeepers. The bell staff were more than helpful . Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and the pool waiting staff amazing - nothing was too much trouble We will definitely return. We had an issue when we arrived but I don’t think that was the hotels fault more the central reservations team so I won’t hold it against the hotel as they more than made up for it

This hotel lost our reservation which was most inconvenient but upgraded our room at no extra charge to make up for their error. The location in Camps Bay cannot be beat.

We loved our stay at The Bay Hotel! We stayed here on the last night of our 3 week honeymoon and it was the most perfect and relaxing end to our adventure. The room was trendy and modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, the staff were amazing, the pool and the proximity to the beach (right across the street) were all amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bay Hotel to anyone visiting Camps Bay and hope to stay here again myself in the future.

It’s a nice place and a great location. But the new renovations have this shower that is small and too far open. It just leaks water all over the place and is hard to use. My partner slipped and fell in the bathroom. We ended up just using the bath (which was nice). The bedroom area is real nice though. Also the power went out on us all night and the staff wasn’t aware. I do think this is a decent place, it just needs a little revision in the bathroom.

L’hôtel en générale est belle et elle est très bien situé près de la mer et des restaurants. Le personnel est super accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont belles, par contre la salle de bain de notre chambre était très abîmée et aurait besoin de rénovation. Il y avait des tuiles de céramique cassées dans la douche et de la vieille plomberie. Malheureusement, ça ne vaut pas plus de 500$ par nuit. À ce prix, je m’attendais à un peu mieux.

My room was directly facing paddle ball courts. I had just checked in after attending a mining conference in town and was looking forward to weekend r&r. I asked to be moved and the staff obliged giving me a nice quiet sea facing room instead.

A beautiful hotel in a great location
A great hotel in a prime location with stunning views all round. The staff were really friendly and breakfast was lovely with a good choice of freshly cooked to order options. The rooms were comfortable with great amenities. The only recommendation for the hotel I have is that the bathrooms are starting to look a little bit dated and could do with some modernising but were still perfectly functional.
