Smallish rooms but well designed and had everything we needed. Only issue was that hot water was sometimes difficult to get in the shower but it was warm enough to use, just not optimal.

The hotel was satisfactory but did not meet my limited expectations. It is true that the breakfast is bad and that the rooms are small. There’s no closet so I left my clothes in my carry-on for my 2-week stay at the hotel. Shower is very nice but bring your own toiletries rather than the green all-in-one shampoo/soap provided. A big bother for me and colleagues were the very uncomfortable beds and pillows. I did ask reception if other pillows were available and they said no. With the exception of one person, reception is helpful and welcoming. The hotel is connected via the parking lot to its sister hotel which does have a small gym and bar with a rooftop area. The V&V restaurant at the sister hotel takes orders for pick-up too, however, overall the food is not very good. Convenient 5-10 min walk to historical downtown area and 20 min to Waterfront.

Like anyone going to a city for the first time, there is typically some apprehension but everyone at Stay Easy Cape Town was so warm and welcoming, my wife and I were very comfortable. Bevan at the front desk was a master at his craft........going the extra mile, very accommodating and understanding. I had a challenge with my credit card and he dealt with it with such professionalism and midas touch that we would definitely recommend this property.

Decent and affordable hotel, lacking service
It was a decent stay, i felt the recption staff Thandi and Amazement to be unhelpful and little rude in their manner speaking to my wife and I. Definitely Not what I expect for staff in this industry. The gentleman who helped during my stay (Maurisio) was polite and helpful. Unfortunately i did deal with the ladies for most of my stay. Rooms were fairly clean. Breakfast was basic and could do with a little improvement.

Our stay was good, however we had a few issues; room service did not replenish bath/shower towels after cleaning on our day 2, we had to request towels as a result, the bathroom basin sink did not drain water properly. Both issues were resolved upon reporting. Room service did not replenish shower gel for our check out day morning shower, we had to use hand wash bar of soap as we had an early flight to catch with no time to request for replenishment.

O Hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo ao centro. Possível ir à pé para o waterfront. Vista linda para Table Mountain. Café da manhã bom, mas com poucas opções. Quarto é bom, mas pouco espaço para guardar roupas. Solicitei um transfer para o aeroporto com possibilidade de pagamento em cartão. Durante o trajeto, de madrugada, o motorista cobrou valor mais alto e exigiu o pagamento em dinheiro. No hotel, não existe possibilidade de early checkin.

My hubby and I stayed for 6 nites. The room is clean but small. The high stool at the table was very uncomfortable and much higher than expected. It would be good if there is space for a proper wardrobe and writing table with a proper chair. There is not many food choices in the neighbourhood. That is a real setback.

週末旅行で利用
週末旅行で利用しました。懸案の治安ですが、ホテル周辺は、問題なく、明るい時間でしたらウォーターフロントまで歩いていけました。 ホテルのスタッフは、フレンドリーで、治安や美味しいお店など質問すると的確に回答してくれました。 部屋も清潔でWifiも問題なくつながりました。

I liked this place. The housekeeping guy i think he said Eric was his name, i do not recall well but he was the supervisor or something on the 18th he helped me a lot. I appreciated how he made arrangements to service my room in the afternoon since i was tired and needed more sleep considering friday the other lady had told us they closed housekeeping at 14hr. I was so grateful 🙏 reception stuff is also very helpful and professional. It was a pleasant stay in general. Safe neighbourhood and breakfast was my ultimate favourite. The view from my room was lovely too. Capetown is beautiful. For that price I can recommend it to a friend any day

For the price, this hotel is exemplary!
I was just staying for one night before moving to another hotel that had no open rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean albeit small. It would not have been comfortable for two people, that is for sure. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, too. They managed to carry over just about everything from a 5 star experience that you can expect for the insanely good price and location. The only downfall was the breakfast. I wish that they would charge and then give you more selection. There was not a single fruit available, and then the rest of the selection was rather small. It was also very VERY loud, but the staff can hardly do anything about that.
