Not for a relax and rejuvenate holiday
The apartment was clean and acceptable. However, the phone didnt work to call reception and the swimming pool was in another part of the building where you had to go outside through a locked door and walk up a long flight of stairs. The pool was very small and not enough for a swim. This is misleading on their website to say they have a pool as it doesnt give you this information. It is not safe to access the pool as you have to walk on the public road to access it, especially if you are on your own. We didn't get a relaxed feel as you can't just chill by the poolside and feel safe. It was also quite secluded. It's ok if you just want a city type break, but definitely not for an R&R type break. Wouldnt stay here again.

Good day,I am happy to report that our bridge is finished and guests will now be able to go directly from the 2nd floor of the building to use the gym and the pool.We do hope that you will visit us again.

Good location, facilities and price
Convenient CBD location. Saved heaps on food with small kitchen in room, best water pressure in shower, very helpful staff. Free wifi an smart TVs with streaming was great as I could login to my YouTube channel.

All night parties
Noisy, all-night parties by guests. In the nights we spent there, housekeeping did not clean once. They came one evening at 23:00 to see if they can clean. Property is in an amazing location, but there is no control over the all night parties by "longterm" guests.

Great location but NOISY guests
Excellent location, close to CTICC and Waterfront. Room is great. Guests use this hotel as a all night party venue. Most nights the party stopped at 5 am. Doors slamming. Other guests walking with pajamas in reception. Such a shame for such a great property.

When I arrived there was no bedding, no Towel and room was dirty & unkept. Lucky for me I came with my own towel. And it takes over two hrs before house keeping service arrives. I checked out before 8:am and I was at the reception for till 9:30am before leaving. Then I received a message from the property by 11:33am that they were missing one big knife, one bath sheet, & one mat, one fitted Queen sheet. I would have gone back but unfortunately I was already at the Airport. Accusing me wrongly is disrespectful.

Good apartment; great view, really great view. Building management generally slow to requests. No cleaning products of any kind provided for apartment upkeep.

Good but could be great
This property is conveniently located within walking distance to both the waterfront and long street (lots of bars, restaurants etc). We booked a luxury apartment and it was nice but was missing the little touches that make a property memorable. check in wasnt a bit smooth and took us 40 mins and would have been longer if I didn't insist on standing at the counter as I noticed people who came after us were being checked in first ... a fact I mentioned to the staff. There was no cleaning materials or rubbish bags, just the bare minimum of everything including shampoo, cutlery. What was really shocking (and this was our fault for not reading the fine print) was that there was no washing machine or even laundry facilities. Also no iron. With the location and the view it was an ok stay but with some thought by the owners it could be great!
