Just a stones throw away from the beaches of Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle City, this spacious and luxurious private property offers a private in-ground pool, a large fenced backyard, 5 full sized bedrooms, and a capacity to accommodate 14 individuals at a time. We have hosted 400+ guests and whether you`re looking to kick back and relax with your family, planning an all-girls getaway, or organizing a trip with your golf buddies, our Airbnb is your perfect destination!

Private Pool [Update: Heating Available]: Cool off during those hot summer days in our refreshing private pool. With ample space for lounging and soaking up the sun, the pool area is a true oasis for relaxation and fun. Additionally, with our NEW pool heater, you can enjoy a cozy swim even during fall months. Please confirm before booking on the status of the pool. Pool is expected to be open from Memorial Day to Mid October. Our pool cleaning staff typically services the pool on Wednesdays and may be unavailable for a short period of time after that.

Guests will have access to the complete house and pool.

Guests must sign and return a pool liability waiver before check in with all guests/pets listed. Guests will be denied checkin without a completed form returned before checkin. Unauthorized guests may not enter the premises without host approval. A fine of $100 per day per guest will be levied for any unauthorized guests.
1) No parties or proms (Quiet time after 11 pm)
2) Guests will follow all house rules in welcome message, house manual and binder
3) No pool use after 10 pm
4) All guests MUST be registered. Unauthorized guests will be charged $150 per guest per night
5) Guests must sign pool liability waiver before checkin and follow all pool rules 6) posted
7) Children/Pets must be supervised by an adult in the backyard/pool area
8) Children under 18 may only use the pool under adult supervision while those below the age of 5 and pets are not allowed under any circumstances
9) No Smoking/ Firearms/fire crackers inside or around the property. You maybe fined up to $1500 for any violations plus asked to pay damages
10) We have 3 cameras overlooking the property (front, back & driveway)
11) We may ask for Government ID at check in
