«Great location in Mahone Bay. Welcoming owners, nice rooms. Shared bathroom but that is expected in a B&B. Easy walking to restaurants and around town. Nice continental breakfast (we had fresh cooked croissants). Only complaint was lack of plugs/charing ports in room (had to unplug TV to access a plug).»

«Mold on bathtub non-slip mat and shower curtain. Exposed plumbing is very noisy. Location is great. There are lots of chairs to sit at the river. »

«However, room was pristine and just exactly as described. The decor was outstanding in the space was very welcoming. It fit our needs perfectly. The setting is amazingly quiet for being very close to the road. Traffic becomes far less at night and noise was not an issue. Close to Mahone Bay and easy to access. We would use it again.»

«The staff was very very friendly, the breakfast was good the rooms were clean and quiet. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent with shopping and restaurants across the road. Will definitely be staying there again.»

«When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. «We absolutely loved our stay at the Magnolia Inn! The place was spotless, and the little extras included in our stay were a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Our room was cozy and inviting, and the bathroom felt luxurious with its spacious walk-in shower. Craig was easygoing and a pleasure to chat with, it’s clear he and his wife have poured their hearts into this new venture. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. »
