«Well on line the total was 1158.30 including fees due at the property but when we got there the total was 1218.30 and they said that I have already checked in, so I had to show a confirmation number so I asked did they show a confirmation number and they did not. So I’ll probably not use this hotel again»

«A very nice historical building. Newer owner bringing it back. Beds comfortable, location to beach and down town great, however balance that with traffic activity /noise being on a corner lot. Having earlier serving to continental breakfast is an opportunity.»

«My son & I had a phenomenal experience from the time we checked in until we checked out the staff was polite, friendly, and offered a ton of resources of things to do at the beach. If you’re looking for a hotel that has a bunch of amenities this one does not, but the rooms were wonderful and clean. And we were close to so many different things along the boardwalk. We definitely will return.»

«Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. »

«Excellent location. Wonderful ocean front.easy parking with access to overflow lots. Bathtub looked like it needed cleaning or replacement. Toilet slow to flush if at all.decent breakfast buffet.would stay again.»

«My stay was horrible . Room wasn’t clean and smelly , staff is okay the air conditioning wasn’t working they fixed it right away. The only thing I enjoyed the sunset , but I had to watched from inside room the balcony was full of pollen and I have asthma I can’t breath. the indoor pool 👎»

«The room was amazing! I felt it was very affordable and exceeded my expectations. It’s a good location and I like the parking garage. The views were amazing and it was well stocked, clean, and a very nice room. What I didn’t love is that there is an unexpected $200 “security deposit” that they actually charge your card at check in and in addition to your resort fees. We checked in on Friday and checked out Sunday and the charges have not been reversed. We also haven’t received the receipt ...

«Overall, 3 out of 5. The best thing about this hotel is the price, the staff was amazingly friendly. Last minute budget find. Could be cleaner, and could have better air conditioning units. Me, my grandmother, and little one all left with dry throats. Not sick, just woke up with very dry hard to swallow type throat irritation. I wont stay here again, but I woukd say if you are on a budget and need a quick find. This is it. »

«The suite was perfectly clean and spacious. It had a great view and the balcony was awesome to enjoy the sound and sights of the beach from our room. The included breakfast was good. The manager was not the nicest or friendliest lady. The pool was super cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool so we did not use it. the property could use some maintenance -like the floor in the elevators were falling apart, the doors to the ocean front from the lobby were broken.
