• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, cozy and sun-filled.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed & trundle bed — perfect for kids or friends.

• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms plus a convenient half bath that is accessible from the pool.

Enjoy the spacious lanai and private dock, perfect for fishing, watching dolphins and manatees, or bringing your own boat (Gulf access!).

Pool Heating: Please note the maximum temperature setting is 88°F to maintain proper equipment function and ensure a comfortable swim.

*Pool Heating – temperature of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool heating does not run 24/7.

*Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

*Property essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.
