We’re a Minnesota-born husband and wife team who fell in love with Florida and the memories we’ve created here with our own family. We designed The Cove to feel effortless — the kind of vacation home where you can unpack, unwind, and simply enjoy being together.



From the epic bunk room to the outdoor kitchen and poolside dinners, every detail was thoughtfully chosen so you can focus on what matters most: making memories.

Guest Access:

You will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. Guests have access to the entire home.



The Neighborhood:

The Cove is in a quiet, residential area conveniently located ½ mile from grocery stores and restaurants. We are also across the street from one of the many Cape Coral canals. On your walk around the block, you’ll be right along the water! There’s even public access up the street to throw in your fishing line.



Getting Around:

The Cove is in a walkable neighborhood. Conveniences like grocery shops, stores, and restaurants are just minutes away on foot. To explore the downtown area, you can drive or easily call a Lyft or Uber.

» No parties or events

» Strictly enforced quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM daily

» Commercial photography is allowed

» Exterior security cameras on the property
