Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living area, and laundry room. Outdoor spaces include the private heated pool with jacuzzi, screened terrace with outdoor dining and loungers, and direct Gulf-access canal with dock. Garage parking for one vehicle is included, with additional driveway space available.

Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available in the area. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 30 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

No smoking on the property (indoors or outdoors)

No parties or events

Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved

The pool and jacuzzi are heated — a pool heating fee may apply depending on season

Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors

Trash pickup day and bin locations are noted in the welcome guide inside the home

A starter set of essentials (paper towels, soap, toilet paper) is provided

We're available to assist throughout your stay via phone, text, or the platform's messaging system. We aim to respond within 1 hour. We respect your privacy and won't be on-site during your stay unless needed. A digital welcome guide with house instructions, local recommendations, and emergency contacts will be shared prior to check-in.
