About this space
Room for everyone in this 4-bedroom 2 bath sanctuary on the canal. Covered lanai with heated saltwater pool and spa. Dining space indoor or outdoors. Enjoy the sunset on the dock overlooking the canal. Privacy and tranquility.
The space
Villa Sanctuary is the perfect blend of tranquility and fun! Located in rural Cape Coral only 7 minutes from all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Villa has an open concept layout and tall vaulted ceilings. Doors into screened lanai open over twelve feet to make for a very large living space. The high-end kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, breakfast bar area, large pantry and all cooking/baking needs with a serving set of twelve.
The living room has a large leather luxury sofa, smart TV and incredible views of the pool and canal. The built-in shelves have toys, games and a library.
The master bedroom boasts a luxury king size memory foam bed with views of the pool and canal out the glass patio doors. If the views weren’t amazing enough, the room also has a smart TV and fireplace. The connecting master bath has a custom tiled walk through shower, jetted jacuzzi tub, two vanities and large closet.
Bedroom two has a queen size memory foam bed with views of the canal as well. Also included in the room is a smart TV, dresser and closet.
The third bedroom houses two twin-over-twin bunk beds and two trundle beds sleeping a total of 6 beds. Also the bedroom has a dresser, smart TV and closet.
The fourth room is a den with beautiful french doors and a luxury leather couch that converts to a queen size memory foam bed. The room also has a smart TV, dresser and Nintendo Switch loaded with games for everyone.
If you go out the massive sliding patio doors to the south facing screened lanai, you’ll find the outdoor dining set, patio sectional sofa, fire table, smart TV, golf putting game, three loungers and tons of pool games/toys! The saltwater, heated pool ranges from 4’-6’deep with a sitting bench and stairs. Pool is set to 82 degrees from 9-4 everyday, if you'd like it warmer its a $35/day charge. The spa has circular seating with jets and views of either the smart TV, or the canal. Have safe fun using our plastic drinkware, please no glass.
On one side of the lanai you can enter into a beautiful garden area of relaxation. Or on the other side of the lanai you can go out into the very large backyard. The grill is BYOP (bring your own propane). The tank could be full when you get there, if not please refill and pay it forward. Winding down the sidewalk you get to the private dock with seating and lighting to enjoy at any time. You can experience the spectacular sunrises and sunsets of paradise.
Garage finished and converted into a game space. Pool table, basketball, nerf gun wall, cornhole and more to come.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, with a stunning view and a great pool where I enjoyed wonderful moments with my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were TVs everywhere for everyone to enjoy. The game room was a nice bonus! The host was a very kind and welcoming woman. I highly recommend this place — 100%!

From the moment we booked— everything was wonderful! Host communication was a so responsive and easy. Check in was simple- the house was amazing! Clean, had tons of games and kid friendly items available for use. The pool was beautiful— lots of pool toys and towels available. The game room in the garage was a huge hit. Master bath was super nice! Literally don’t have a complaint about the house at all! Really enjoyed our visit.

Comfortable get away

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. House was comfortable and well furnished for a family stay. Something for everyone! Only draw back for us was we thought we could boat from there.. we had to trailer the boat out to pine island instead.

The house was great, there was plenty of room for us all. The kids and adults had fun in the garage and with the fishing and pool. They have thought of everything you might need which made it really nice not to have to run out for everything. Very easy to communicate with would definitely stay again!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Sanctuary! Very easy check in and check out process. Jaci was very easy to communicate with, very responsive. I will say the spa was not what I was expecting. The controls were not super user friendly and the jets are close to non-existent. The pool however, was very refreshing!!Our last day there we had a couple people on the property that we were not aware were showing up- one to check pest control boxes, he welcomed himself right into the back yard while we were out by the pool. Another one checking telephone poles. We were told the pool guys would be coming to treat the pool on a Monday, per our instructions we wouldn’t be able to use the pool for 30 mins but the pool guy informed us that typically they don’t recommend swimming for 24 hours. We were fortunate enough that he called his supervisor and made it possible for us to enjoy our last day by the pool.The location and amenities the home offered were great. The sunsets are beautiful and though we had a few minor issues, Jaci was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Great Family Stay

We stayed at the property with 4 kids ranging in ages 6 months to 10 years, and everything was as advertised. The pool and spa area were used quite often, and the kids had a blast playing basketball and swimming as they pleased. It was an excellent space to entertain with the garage games and kayaks as well. With the excess beds and bedding you could probably fit twice as many guests, and overall it was excellent having so many sleeping options. The local cuisine recommendations were 5 star (Twisted Lobster was especially good), and any questions we had were promptly answered by our host. Overall we had an excellent experience with this rental. Thanks again!!

Amazing - Book now!!

This property was absolutely amazing!!! It was like staying on a resort, but much more private! We were torn between staying at house or heading to the beach, and usually the house won. The property was so clean and had everything we needed. The patio, pool, hot tub, and patio on the canal were so relaxing. The landscaping was stunning and the kids loved the game room too. Jaci was very easy to communicate with and had so many neat little touches to make us feel right at home. We have had many ask us for the listing already!! Thank you again for sharing your home with us, we can’t wait to come back!
