For those who still work on their vacation time, there is a den with work desk or room for quiet reading and reflecting. If needed the den can accommodate 2 additional guests with the option of a pull-out Murphy bed.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy and Chiquita with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
