Villa Sansibar is located in Cape Coral's southwestern location. It's very quiet and away from major highways. The west exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The adjoining canal has the maximum width in Cape Coral. Privacy to the neighbors is given not only on land side by the beautifully landscaped garden, but by the wide channel also water side.
Our holiday villa was extensively renovated in 2019 and has a generous 200 sqm floor space. The pool area extends the width of the house and offers sun lovers a lot of space. The pool has been built a bit further from the house to guarantee sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large canopy on the terrace.
The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 45min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!
The conversion of the villa was characterized by the idea to make the house bright, spacious and open. From the light-flooded living area you get into all rooms. Our kitchen has been designed to be open and offers all the amenities you could wish for, including espresso machine, icemaker and all new kitchen appliances. In the living area you will find a large TV with German TV and media library.
The master bedroom also has its own TV with German TV. It is very spacious and offers a great view down the canal. The associated master bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with a large shower and bath, it offers plenty of space.
The second bedroom also provides best water views and direct access to the pool.

For exploring the area you have 2 bicycles at leisure. In the golfer's paradise Cape Coral, of course golf bags are not missing, which of course you can also use.
On site you will be looked after by the German-speaking property management.
