VRCC Villa Mango

Villa Mango is located in Cape Coral's southwestern location, very quiet and away from other major streets. The southern exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The adjoining canal has the maximum width in Cape Coral. Privacy to the neighbors is given not only on land side by the beautifully landscaped garden, but by the wide channel also water side.

Our vacation villa was extensively renovated in 2020 and has a generous 2400 sqf floor space. The pool area extends the width of the house and offers sun lovers a lot of space. The pool has been built a bit further from the house to guarantee sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large canopy on the terrace. For excessive sun lovers we have a big sun deck down by the tiki hut. Fishermans will have a great time here. The mangroves are just 500ft from here. You can expect all the various fish species the Gulf of Mexico offers.

Of course you can book a suitable boat for the house. Boaters get their money's worth at this house. You have very quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Long tours through the almost endless channel system are no longer necessary. You will be on the open water in 20 minutes. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately.

The conversion of the villa was characterized by the idea to make the house bright, spacious and open. From the light-flooded living area you get into all rooms. Our kitchen has been designed to be open and offers all the amenities you could wish for, including espresso machine, icemaker and all new kitchen appliances. In the living area you will find a large TV with Comcast cable TV.

The 2 master bedrooms also have their own TV. The master bedroom number 1 is very spacious and offers a great view down the canal. With 2 queen size beds it gives you the opportunity to host 4 guests in this bedroom or a couple can have 2 big beds without sleeping separated. The associated master bathroom also leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with a large shower and bath, it offers plenty of space.

The second bedroom also provides best water views and direct access to the pool.

Bedroom number 3 also contains a tv and a queen size bed.

Bedroom number four has 2 twin beds and no tv.

On site you will be looked after by the local property management. They are always available and can help in any matter.

Not good

Seriously charge electric, grill on top of the high price. I have stsyed at alot of verbo and never paid on top. Maybe u should tell people u will get charge to use the grill seriously 100.00 to use it. Never stay at any of vcc rentals.

Do not book!!!

Horrible experience! My family and I drove from Virginia expecting a great family getaway. Upon arriving, we immediately smelled a strong mold and mildew smell in the home. It was so bad that my family and I started to get headache. We inspected the home and saw water stains in the ceiling and black mold dots in the AC vents of master bedroom. We then find the owners Mercedes’ Benz parked in the garage with the hood open with a cable attached. Very unsafe to safe for small children while having other items in garage as a rents. When we immediately contacted the property manger, they stated someone would arrive the next day. When the maintenance showed up, we showed him the water leak and mold in vents and he took pictures to show the owner. I would not allow my family to stay in an unhealthy environment for another day and had to book another property just to get out the mold and mildew in that entire house. What made it work even worse was the lack of care from my the owner. Once settled into the new home, I had to call the property Manager again just to see if they would do anything about the smell and water stains. The owner stated that they had just been there a week ago and did not smell any mold at that time and did not want to pay for someone to come out and test for it. Imagine a family who would have not had the money to book another house and had to stay in this horrible mold infested house. The owner showed no empathy or even a concern to really look into the matter, even after we took pictures and showed the issues. I have never experienced such unpleasant experience such as this after all of the many vacation homes we have rented. Take it from me and do not let the pictures fool you and get stuck in a house that you can’t breathe in because of the mildew smell. I’m so thankful that my family was financially stable to get another home but can’t imagine for families stuck in this situation and the owner not care at all and still take your money. Worst experience ever!

House was great.

Check-in process of waiting to the next day not good. Came in on Wednesday, since we're not able to meet the property manager of the day of check in, the women who slept in guy woken up on Thursday by the property manager early. I pointed out a broken piece to the screen door. So they send somebody over at 9:00 a.m. again waking us up to repair it, there was no urgency.

Family vacation

We had such a great time! We arrived to a clean home with daily amenities in stock (trash bags, aluminum foil, dish soap etc). You’d be surprised at how many places do not think of those things. The property manager was quick to respond at any moment, polite and easy to work with. All the little things made this stay much better than we anticipated! Thanks again, we had a wonderful time!

This property was in a great location, in fantastic condition and spotlessly clean. Called with a minor issue on Sunday night and someone was there to resolve it Monday morning. It was everything we hoped it would be. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, airy and spacious, property and gardens were well appointed. pool area was precarious because of the runoff water from roof by the door to the back yard. The back deck was a great spot for sunbathing and the tiki was perfect sunrise and sunset enjoyment. Had a relaxing time.

Family vacation. 😎

The home was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Well stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Not so much with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap and garbage bags. The biggest issue we had was that the thermostat cannot be set below 72° so, the house does not feel nice and cool, especially at night. It would be convenient to have a rug at the entrance to the pool, because the floors got extremely slick.

Wonderful Getaway!

This home is just as described. Very clean. Everything we needed for quick family getaway on the Gulf Coast. The location was perfect for our needs. It was easy to quickly settle in, relax and enjoy. Close to Cape Coral restaurants and Fort Myers beach fun! We hope to return in the future!

Perfect getaway

We had a fantastic 6-day, 5-night stay at Villa Mango Garden. The house was just as described ... spacious, clean, updated, and all the necessary amenities to feel right at home. Contact checked in on us to make sure everything was going great (it was) or if we needed anything (we didn't). Seemless check-in/check-out process made getting in and out a breeze. And the pool and canal views ... so relaxing and peaceful! I miss my morning coffee under the tiki hut, watching the boats and kayakers pass by. Perfect villa to relax at but also have quick access to beaches and the water. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful and relaxing

A beautiful house. The place is exactly as shown. Spacious and perfect. We loved it and the location was great. We would definitely return except for the hedgerow. I personally want to see the canal and boats passing as I sit in or near the pool. I loved the table on the canal deck.

Excellent getaway spot!

Came here with a small group of family and friends. The house is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in! The location is great as well, and fairly close to a small public beach that is nice! All of the rooms are spacious and well-designed. My favorite part was the private dock attached to the property. The view on there was relaxing and perfect! Overall, the property made for an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating vacation spot. The property manager as well was communicative and very nice.
