Nice place to stay
The full process was very easy, the owner gave us all information needed, the property was ready, everything was clean and organized, the pool area and the terrace is very comfortable to have good time, We enjoyed the stance, and recommend to others.

Great Spring Break Home Base

Wonderful Stay
This house was a great place to stay for me and 3 friends for 4 days. We were in the area to visit a friend and this house gave us the space we needed. This was a very clean home. We didn't cook, but we had enough dishware and cutlery for what we needed. The pool was clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the sun. The area felt safe, as it was a neighborhood community. The communication was excellent from Ralph before, during, and after. I would definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the Fort Myers area!

The house is super clean with an open floor plan and lots of little areas to sit and hang out, both inside and out. Great location, close to everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood is also a plus if you’re looking to relax and stay at home. Would definitely stay here again

Gold Coast Estates - peaceful home away from home.
Pictures are reflective of how it looks, very clean, comfortable and had many items additional stocked for use and comfort. The kitchen has all utensils and items if you choose to cook at the home. We came down for baseball tournament and the laundry room was fantastic (could not believe there was detergent and stain remover) to wash uniforms. I wish weather would have been warmer and not rainy to enjoy pool but the patio near pool is so peaceful to sit when weather is nice. We did need to make contact with owner during our stay-owner was very responsive to our questions and provided direction quickly. Location was great right near Midpoint bridge. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and would stay again if we are in area. Light switches were a little different, but figured them out after a little bit ☺️. Overall, great stay and recommend for family or baseballcation!. 22min away from Lee Player Development complex baseball diamonds in Fort Myer.

Excellent Property
We booked this property for a weekend away and wanted to bring our dogs. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The interior was immaculate and very comfortable. Full kitchen with accessories. Three bedrooms-Two with queen beds and one with single bed. Pool was ready to swim! Property manager was very accommodating and easy to contact. We had plans nearby so we didnt go to the beach. This location was great for what we needed. Recommend this property.

Stayed in this home while in the area for work. Didn’t take full advantage of the features the home offered, but it was very clean, well kept, and a really nice layout. Ralph was very easy and pleasant to speak to as a host. Will certainly stay again.

Great home base
We have several friends in the area and this property was a great home base for our visit, central location made it easy to meet up at anybody's favorite restaurant. The property let us escape back to a quiet relaxing location for a more intimate visit with closer friends. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

Great vacation!
We had a wonderful time during our two week stay. The neighborhood, size of the home and the pool were all great. Convenient location close to downtown Cape Coral restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive. It was a wonderful place for us and our pups to relax. Overall, a fantastic vacation!

Wonderful stay
The stay was amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for my family. Dogs loved the fenced in yard. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the patio with the firepit. We had everything we needed. It was a quick drive to Fort Myers where we enjoyed the beach and the house was in a quiet neighborhood where we could relax. Our only complaint would be the beds were a bit stiff. That's a preference level though. Would definitely love to stay again.

We loved our time in Cape Coral. Breakfast and coffee on the poolside patio was relaxing. The whole back yard (including the pool) is fenced in and that is a major plus! Our dogs loved it. Raphael, our host, was super friendly and responsive. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The surrounding area is beautiful and you're one block from water views. Definitely recommend Sanibel island - about a 45 minute drive but some of the best seashell finds in the world. Do come! You will enjoy yourself and want to come back

Great stay!
Traveled with family for a funeral. Location was great, house had everything we needed, and we loved the pool. Beds aren’t very comfortable, but being able to have my parents and family all stay together made it ok. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break
We had a goat rodeo getting in with flight delays/cancellations. Ralph was awesome to deal with throughout our ordeal of arriving. He was a was a ray of sunshine throught our travel issues. Communication was awesome and he made sure we had everything we needed. Had a slight issue with the pool, but that was resolved once we let Ralph know about it. The filter wasn't together correctly so it leaked water and needed more water added to the pool, no big deal. Great neighborhood as we walked daily and interatred with the neighbors. We will try to stay here again in future travels!

Excellent place for visiting family, relaxing, accommodating
We came to Cape Coral to visit family and didnt want to impose on our 100 year old grandmother. This was 10 minutes from her house. The home was beautiful, very clean, in great repair, very inviting and comfortable. The unheated pool was too freezing for my husband and I but our daughter used it in midday and loved it. The gas firepit and pool area are very relaxing. The backyard is completely fenced in with a chain link fence. The internet, Netflix etc were easy enough for even my young one to figure out. Everything was thought of, there was nothing we found over the four days we were there that we needed or had to go to the store for. Ralph was easy to talk to and quick to answer any questions we had. The only recommendation I'd have is not to put a picky adult on the twin bed. It was a little squeaky and not quite as comfortable as the other two beds - which are exquisite.

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood.
Sweet, three bedroom house with a cute pool. Master bedroom is very spacious, other two rooms are a nice size, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the back patio, enjoying the pool and the Florida weather. Ralph was very responsive and provided us with a nice experience.

Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay at this home!! Ralph was a very pleasant and accommodating host!! We found the home to be clean and inviting and everything was just as pictured!! It is situated in a very pleasant neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the warm, sparkling pool and lanai with fire table!! We also loved the fact that it is pet friendly, allowing our two little rescue pups to travel with us!! It is conveniently located a short driving distance to Fort Myers Beach as well as Sanibel Island. We would definitely stay here again!!
