The Space:

Parrot-Time Shift offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Florida getaway, combining a canal-front location with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Spend sunny days in the screened lanai, take a refreshing swim in the heated pool, or unwind in the spa. Stretch out on a poolside lounger with a good book, gather on the outdoor sectional to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or fire up the gas grill for an easy meal. An outdoor dining table for four and a bar area provide welcoming spots for morning coffee, casual lunches, or evening cocktails.



Inside, the open-concept layout features two comfortable living areas, each with ample seating and a Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a five-person breakfast bar. An adjacent dining table seats six, while an additional table for four offers even more space for dining, games, or gathering with family and friends.



The living room also features a queen sofa bed, providing additional sleeping flexibility. Guests can access streaming services using their personal accounts, making it easy to enjoy a movie night after a day outdoors.



When you're ready to explore, nearby beaches, restaurants, and shops are just a short trip away. Return home to relax by the pool, enjoy a soak in the spa, or settle in for a peaceful evening in the screened lanai. Dogs are welcome, so your four-legged family members can join the fun.

Pool & Spa Heating Terms & Conditions



Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request heating.



The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F, and the spa is heated to a target temperature of 102°F. These are desired temperatures, not guaranteed temperatures. Heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions, and the pool and spa may not reach or maintain their target temperatures during periods of cold weather.



Pool Heating & Weather Conditions



The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate effectively. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain 85°F.



Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. The spa also depends on the heater's operating conditions and may take longer to reach or maintain its 102°F target during colder weather.

Before Adding Pool & Spa Heat



We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase heating. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, which may reduce heating performance.



Heating fees apply once the service has been requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperatures ultimately reached. By requesting pool and spa heat, guests acknowledge that heating performance is weather-dependent and that neither the pool's 85°F target nor the spa's 102°F target is guaranteed.
