Step outside and enjoy your own private swimming pool, spacious patio, and peaceful canal views. Spend the afternoon soaking up the Florida sunshine, cool off in the pool, or settle into the outdoor lounge with a drink as the sun goes down.



The expansive outdoor space is made for spending time together, with comfortable lounge seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and festive lighting that creates a fun atmosphere after dark. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast outside, grilling dinner with the group, or sharing cocktails by the water, the backyard becomes an extension of the home.



Inside, Dockside Oasis features a bright, modern open concept layout with plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to stay connected while cooking or relaxing. After a day on the water or exploring Southwest Florida, settle into the comfortable living room and enjoy the large screen TV.



Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and stylish décor to create a relaxing space to recharge. With two full bathrooms and a thoughtfully designed layout, the home is a comfortable choice for families, couples, or friends traveling together.



The waterfront setting is what truly makes Dockside Oasis special. Enjoy peaceful canal views from your outdoor space and embrace the slower pace of Florida living. The on site boat lift is also available for guest use for an additional $125 fee. If you plan to use the boat lift, please notify the host in advance.



Events and parties for up to 7 people are welcome. For larger gatherings, please contact the host for approval at the time of booking.



Dogs are welcome with advance registration and approval for a $200 pet fee. There is no weight limit. For the comfort of the home and neighborhood, dogs must be crated when left unattended and must not bark or disturb neighbors. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the home. Additional fees may apply for damage or excessive cleaning. Please place a tray beneath food and water bowls to protect the wood floors, and ensure your dog arrives freshly groomed with nails trimmed and filed to help prevent scratches.



Please note that the swimming pool is not heated.



The minimum renter age is 21.
