Enjoy your morning coffee on the Lanai listening to the local birds serenading you! From there, grab a float, take a book and your sunscreen and take the short walk to the heated pool. Beach towels are provided for your use, too!
The pool overlooks the 200' wide Navajo canal creating a perfect backdrop to make memories. Enjoy your day at the pool in one of the lounge chairs or at an umbrella table.
After enjoying the pool, head back home to enjoy an evening beverage from the screened lanai watching the colors of the canal change as the sun sets.
Full kitchen with ample storage and counter space. Prefer dining out? The list is endless just a short jaunt from the condo.
Ready for an after-dinner stroll? Take the short walk from your first-floor unit to Jaycee Park. Here you can sit by the Caloosahatchee River and watch the boats go by. There is a 1.5 mile paved walking path in the Park and it was just completed in 2026. There are misting stations, a splash park for the kiddos and periodically there are food and beverage trucks stopping by.
There is a dining table which opens to easily accommodate 6 guests. A 65" smart TV and a ROKU sound bar are available for your entertainment.
Time to retire? With two spacious bedrooms featuring a primary suite with a king bed and a walk-in closet. Primary has a sliding door which opens onto the Lanai; perfect for enjoying those balmy breezes!
The secondary bedroom offers 2 Xtra Long Twin beds which can convert to a king with the provided conversion kit that securely straps the beds together.
Need a good night's rest? There are blackout drapes in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Prefer it lighter? No problem, that can be accommodated as well with the sheer curtains.
A stackable washer and dryer are right in the unit making laundry days easy.
The unit has plenty of storage for your personal items. If you're staying with us for an extended time, the mailbox is just steps from the door and a key is provided.
Working from home? There is a desk in the living room to provide you with a dedicated work area.

Cape Coral and neighboring Fort Myers are conveniently located near Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Matlacha and Pine Island are just a short drive.
