Beautiful Property…

Property was better than we expected in the pictures. Pool is larger than the photos. The property feels sprawling with most of the family in their own “wing” for tremendous privacy. 11 different doors, most of them oversized sliders, lead to the outside. We stayed in June, so didn’t get to use them as much, but in the winter months, would be amazing to open up the house. Very nice hot tub with unique waterfall. And the canal was beautiful with nice sunsets off the deck. Only downside was the limitations in the window coverings in the guest bathroom and bedroom facing the road and the ability to fully pull the curtains in the living room. But those were minor issues. Great place to come home to as we explored the area from Fort Myers to Naples and just 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach which is really starting to come back post-hurricane.

Girls getaway

This was the second time my family has stayed at Villa Bellagio! We couldn’t wait to come back after our first time there. The house is incredible (could use a few updates with decor) and has absolutely everything you could possibly need! We ventured out a few times to beaches and restaurants but loved the house so much, we just wanted to stay and relax at the house as much as possible. I took my daughters and a friend of ours and her daughter and it was the perfect girls getaway! Worth the 22 hour drive!! It was a luxurious week away and just what we needed!

Fabulous location and amenities

This house lived up to the listing for sure. It rained on us Christmas Day all day long but we actually had a blast swimming and hot-tubbing. On the sunny days it was lovely to sit down by the pool and watch boats go by, and just enjoy being on the water. The location was convenient as well for our day trips to Fort Myers and Sanibel. We were two families of 4 (all adult children) and the room setup was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the lanai at the big table there that sat 8 comfortably.

Fantastic Vacation House

All I can say is this property is fabulous. It has such a unique floor plan that allows everyone to have their own space, yet every room gets you to another space so easily and quickly. The glass sliding doors everywhere allow you such easy access to the wonderful outdoor spaces. Then there is the best part, the lanai! The beautiful table is such a great centerpiece to this area. We ate every meal at it and couldn’t resist spending so many early mornings and late nights there. It was just such a calming place. Then add in the awesome pool, the tiki bar, the grill and the easy access to the dock, how could you not have fun! Great bedrooms, spacious kitchen, plentiful bathrooms. If we end up on vacation in this area again, we will stay here again. We have already told many of our friends about it.

Nice house but needs attention

The house is very nice and situated in a good neigbourhood. Very close to the bay and good boat dock. Only thing is that it needs some attention. During our stay we experienced broken lounge chairs (4x) at the pool, no internet/wifi, no cable tv, broken dishwasher. Despite promises made no new dishwasher was installed or any of the other issues resolved.

To hot inside and pool and hot tub to cold

Overall the stay was good except a couple of things. House was super hot to the point where it was hard to sleep at night. We were told to keep air on 74 which is way to hot for my liking and pool and hot tub were cold so we didn’t get to enjoy it as we should have. Adding a 25.00 a day to heat them is crazy that should be added in with your stay

Villa Bellagio Never Dissapoints

The house is as beautiful as ever. I stayed in this home 10 years ago when it was on rental market. The addition of a new bedroom adds to luxury of the home very much. While the inside is beautiful, the outdoor area is breathtaking. You cannot beat the sunsets. As in any home there are areas that could be updated but the overall experience of spending a week in this home is still very memorable. Hope to be back in 2024.

A Much Needed Family Get-A-Way

We were 7 adults, from 3 families hailing from Long Island, NY and Kansas City staying at Villa Bellagio from 8/4-8/14/21. The home met every expectation. Beautifully decorated, we cooked meals everyday; and every kind of utensil, pot and pan, and dish were available. We dined at the home both indoors and outdoors. We so enjoyed using the lanai and courtyard with hot tub and waterfall. Every member of our group had ready access to WiFi. The neighborhood the home is in is well maintained. There is a burrowing owls (the official bird of Cape Coral) nesting sanctuary just a few homes down the street from the home which we visited and observed daily. Kayaks, bicycles, fishing and beach gear are available at the home. My husband caught and released topsail catfish off the dock of home. We dined out at Blue Wave Lobster House in Fort Myers (18 minutes from the house.) A new restaurant, which we highly recommend. Every kind of service, recreation and shopping within close proximity to this home. We thank the owners so much for the privilege of staying at your home.

A little piece of paradise

This house is absolutely exquisite in every way a house could be! This is the ultimate luxury vacation house. The house is absolutely stunning, it’s so comfortable, very spacious, everything we needed was there for our use (plus so much more that we didn’t think we needed but was there!). It’s in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The views from the pool are stunning! Location is great-close to so many great places and things to do! We went to Ft. Meyers beach twice, parasailed, shopped, got ice cream, walked around, etc. We found a piece of Ft. Meyers beach called Bowditch Point Park and it wasn’t crowded, was perfect for kids and had beautiful and soft white sand. We found tons of shells too. We also went to Sanibel Island one day and had so much fun! It was definitely more crowded, but it was a holiday weekend when we were there. The amount of shells on Sanibel is like nothing I’ve ever seen in my life! Such a great experience! If you’re looking for a little piece of paradise, this house is what you’re dreaming of! We had an incredible week and hope that we can come back again some day!

Gorgeous scenery

We have vacationed allot places but this vacation was no doubtly the best. We part takes in renting a boat a couple of days, eating of dine foods right off the water. Saw wild life. Road bikes and went skating. I will add, it seems we had more fun laughing at our fails to stay on our feet. Nevertheless it was all done as a family. I love that. The home was so nice and spacious. The pools and spa room was so beautiful and comfortable. We didn't want to leave but this was a trip worth taking again soon. We met very nice ppl and boating was incredible. So many boaters and why not your home is right off a dock and you can mount your boat right to pier. I haven't stopped talking about our vacation. I lost 8 lbs on this trip from all the walking, biking, skating, swimming, spa and bowling we did.I couldn't believe when we were leaving I had to weight myself. It was awesome. Many many thanks to all of who made our vacation happen and a very memorable time for us all.
