This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything you needed, plus! We felt right at home & having a Dock was a plus for a little bit of fishing. We even seen turtles! The sunrise and the sunsets were beautiful. We look forward to staying here again!

Vacation week

Fantastic week Great property Caught some Spadefish and catfish in the canal Relaxed in the pool and really enjoyed the hammock Had a plumbing issue in the Master bath - Anja addressed it had it repaired the next day Great communication !

Highly Recommend!

House was beautiful. Owner and property manager were kind and helpful. House was clean and sanitized. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensil, towels, and other items to make it feel like home. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was warm and we'll maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

7 Day Solo Tired Mom Retreat

I booked this stay as a solo trip for an overstimulated working mom. The booking and check in process was very easy. The location and neighborhood were great - I felt very comfortable and safe. The property manager made an appointment to show me how everything works, which was very nice. She was also available to answer some questions throughout the week, and extremely responsive. The house itself was so nice - comfortable couch and beds. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. There were some float toys that were nice to have, too. It was nice to have the little fridge out there for refreshments, too. I couldn’t figure out the fire thing (there is one), but also didn’t feel like playing with it or asking. The television situation is great - Netflix in the main room was great. The labeling on the light switches was great - there are so many lighting options that it would have been super confusing without! The kitchen was very well stocked - the only thing I needed that I couldn't find was a pitcher (I donated the one I bought - so it has one now!). Laundry on site is also nice, and worked well. The master bath was great - awesome shower and the soaking tub was a highlight. The garage was clean and a great place to park my rental car. My favorite local find was Urban Buzz Coffee… I went almost every morning. There were lots of good door dash options, too. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for a restful and refreshing week!

Great Place...However

The house was amazing, however tow of the other members said their beds were not comfortable and too low to the ground. The master bedroom had an very good bed. The stay was very nice until the day before check out and I was told I had to pay the electric bill for the week, which amounted to $182 dollars, I had missed it on the website when i was renting or I may have looked at a few other places. Either way lesson learned read every last word when renting a place.

Amazing stay

This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. Six adults and one toddler so the additional master upstairs was awesome for privacy. Loved the cappuccino machine and aromatherapy steam shower! Such a nice touch!! Plenty of pool noodles and floats for adults and some for littles and the fire pit outside the spa made for a lovely ambiance in the evening. Beds were super comfy, too! Master bath was impressive with his and hers closets; one has books to enjoy (sadly I didn’t finish mine in time). We docked our boat easily (they have a lift but we didn’t use). One note worth mentioning is if you’re using a boat, the trip out to main waters is @35 minutes. This didn’t bother us though. This is our third trip to Cape Coral and this house is by far our favorite so far!

Just book it already!

We just returned from this beautiful property and if you want a nice, relaxing, friendly environment, THIS IS IT! Immaculate upon arrival and Andreas and the property manager Anja were above and beyond the best. Thank you for your beautiful house! We hope to return to it sometime again!!!

Beautiful view and location

The canal view was so pretty although the water was a bit stagnant. The pool and hot tub and view was glorious. There was plenty to do close by and within walking distance, lots of bunnies and burrowing owls to see walking through a peaceful neighborhood. We always felt safe out walking the area. Anja the property manager was so sweet and we really enjoyed interacting with her. I would have given a five star across the board but there were hidden fees. You have a fee of you use the propane grill or fire features, which were what drew us in for this property in the photos. You have a fee for all the electric used which is not easy to find or clear on the listing at all. We could see if it was clearly disclosed and over and above a normal weekly use but it seemed excessive to charge for the home’s average base usage. We were charged more in one week than we pay for a month at home, even with being required to keep the thermostat at a higher temperature than was comfortable.The only other complaint would be that it advertised a gourmet kitchen, yes there may have been multiple fancy coffee makers, but essential baking pans, storage containers etc. were lacking. Overall we had a wonderful week and were very happy, just would be nice to have known of extra charges.

House is very clean, not cluttered, and looks like pictures on the website. Beds were comfortable. The pool was awesome and was beautiful at night with the pool lights and the fire from the fire pits. The kitchen was well equipped. Owner was easy to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again.

Would stay again... awesome property!

This property is great. Had ample space for our party. Close to a lot of amenities such as stores. Fort Myers, Marco Island, Sanibel and Captiva are just short drives away. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub and tiki on the dock). However a few of the chairs around the Tiki hut were damaged and unsafe. A few things to point out, the fire pits next to the hot tub would not work. We would have had to supply the porpane, which we may have done but the ignition buttons also did not work. We were not about to buy propane and still have them not work. The pool floor/walls have a rough texture. A few people obtained minor scrapes because of this. Also the pool is a dark color, which caused the water to be warmer than most pools. We could not get the outside speakers to work, even with the help of the property manager. Not a huge deal because we did have a Bluetooth speaker to use. In the kitchen, larger/complete sets of kitchen knives, measuring cups/spoons would have been nice. Also we'd rather see a Keurig coffee maker in place of the espresso machine (but that's personal preference). There's also a lot of glasses and mismatched dishes that are oddly shaped, so much so there really is no cabinet space in the kitchen. More practical, family friendly dishes would be a better option. The extras in the garage were very nice. Chairs, pool floats, sports balls, cooler, fishing poles, bikes and more. Overall the negatives mentioned are minor inconveniences and we were very pleased with the house and would stay again without question! Also - Anja the property manager was great. She came by to ensure we had all our questions answered and was a very nice person.
