This property would’ve probably been all fives, but they were still in the process of renovating the property. While we were there, there was a lot of hammering during the day, and on one day the fencing company hit a Water main and we didn’t have water for the rest of the day. However, even with those hiccups, it was a very pleasant stay

Happy Place

Condo was just what we expected. Perfect location on the beach. Stunning views. Especially the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral! Clean, modern and well stocked. Hope to return soon!

Exceeded expectations

We recently spent a week at the condo while in town for my son’s baseball tournament, choosing the property for its prooximety to the ball fields and hopes of some beach time when we weren’t playing. The condo far exceeded our expectations and proved to abe more of a vacation then we thought would be possible. Check-in was easy, and wh arriaval time got pushed the host was extremently responsive and supportive to all of my communications. Luggage carts were provided at the building to aid in bringing up bags from the reserved parking space, and there were grocery options within a coupel of miles all making getting in and out the property very convenient and stress free. The condo was so clean, the beds were comortable, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. The views are spectacular looking out over the water any time of day but we really enjoyed the sunsets, watching the storms in the afternoons, and the rocket launch while we were there all from our balconies. The condo is quiet and relaxingng but has obviously been updated and included storage solutions throughout and a dedicated workspace that I utilized through the week. The hosts have a closet of beach accessories including a cart and umbrella’s that made it so easy to get to the beach and back quickly and easily with a wash off area and pool to enjoy as well. Summer vaca '23

The good-The condo was amazing! Beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything you needed. Amazing views and the beach was not crowded. The property was very well kept and clean. Owner communication was good. The not so good-Only 1 small elevator worked all week, the pool closed at dusk, you had to have a key for everything(to get in the elevator, in and out of pool, in stairwells) The BAD-the owners that live there full time do not like renters and made it known. The president of the home owners association there made it known to people with kids there that he videoed them, kept a note pad of things kids were doing. If you were at the pool, they sat in their balconies and watched you. Heard them repeatedly saying the owners need to quit renting their units out.

Well equipped and beautiful holiday home suitable for families

We stayed at this beautiful condo for one month with our two pre-school aged children. The condo is stylishly decorated, functional, and very well equipped. There is everything from pool towels to beach gear (beach toys, chairs, umbrellas...) and a fully equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment and the shady balcony are fantastic. Rocket launches can be viewed from the front door of the condo. Canaveral Towers is a well maintained property (with the exception that only one lift was working during our whole stay). The pool is very clean and suitable also for non-swimmers. Canaveral Towers lies directly on the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral are within walking distance along the beach. The owner is very responsive and friendly. He was also willing to accommodate a special wish we had, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful time in the condo and would highly recommend this property.

Clean and updated

Manuel’s place is the perfect spot for visiting the space coast. It is well-stocked with beach gear and close to the pool and beach. The master and guest bedrooms both provide ocean views as well as the balcony. The entire unit looks as if it was recently renovated. Everything we needed was already waiting for us including small kitchen appliances and plenty of kitchen essentials for cooking. The tv was loaded with streaming apps. Manuel provided updates and always was quick to respond to questions. My family LOVED our stay and plan on coming back again.

Wonderful

We loved staying in at Canaveral Towers. The unit we stayed inis very updated and comfortable and well stocked. We had the opportunity to meet our host Manuel which was a pleasure. Very attentive and always quick to respond to any questions we had. This unit and host have exceeded the title of super host. The towers is a very nice complex and well maintained as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing

Everything about this condo was amazing. The owner responded very quickly to any questions I had prior to arriving as well as to when we got there. Check in process and picking up keys was a breeze. Instructions provided by owner was very detailed and left very little to question. The condo itself is very clean, remodeled, bright, great view from kitchen you can see cruise ships, and shuttle launch, balcony has great view of ocean and pool. We ate Breakfast and dinner every night on the balcony. Every room has a view. So relaxing and close to everything. Fully stocked with pots pans, dishes everything that you need.. If ever going back would not hesitate to stay at this condo.

Beautiful condo, meticulous owner

The condo is just as beautiful as the pictures. Fantastic views of the beach off the balcony and launches off the front porch. The information provided by the owner were as thorough as I've seen from an owner. He thought of everything when it came to supplying the unit. It was an amazing stay and we hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Well Equipped Condo with Amazing Views

The condo was well equipped with everything you could need and more. Down to a basket of blankets in the living room so you could snuggle up on the couch. While it may seem simple, the night lights in the bathrooms were also a welcome touch. The kitchen had anything you needed to cook, which we tried not to do too much, it is vacation after all. The beach wagon was also very helpful for carrying beach supplies to and from the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Epic!

Staying here was an epic experience for our family. The space was bright, beautifully decorated, had everything that we needed to cook and clean and spend time in the pool or beach, and did I mention the view!? We were blessed to watch a Spacex star link launch while there and has sunny beautiful skies for 8 days. The host was so easily available to answer all of our questions and even directed us to a rental company for baby gear to make our stay more enjoyable while packing less. You won’t regret staying here.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful Condo with Extras!

The condo is setup to flow easily through it and has more modern furnishings. It was stocked well and even went above and beyond with extras. The directions on how to access the key, trash removal and last day prep were easy to follow. We got in late and it was a bit strange getting the key from a residence at 1:00 am but that even went well and should not stop anyone from renting this beautiful condo! We appreciated the extra reach out by the owner just checking to see if everything was going well during our stay.
